The loot is there,but there's not much of it and it's hard to come by. On the plus side, you do end up with some really nice 'hand crafted' items. On the down side, it takes some serious grinding to level them up.

It's all about the shooting gameplay. If it hooks you, you won't care. I'm probably done with it for a long while apart from the odd PvP match; the news that I'll need to re-grind my exotic weapons following the latest patch is enough to put me off for a while.

Good shooters are a dime a dozen nowadays, so those MMO features are what makes the game for me and they feel, not great, like they saw games having this stuff but didn't really understand what made them fun but put them in anyway and tried to get away with it.

I dunno, I just want some crates to break and find meseta / vendor trash in

edit: also I went with Titan because punching things in the face is fun, but the starter shotgun it gives you might possibly be the worse shotgun I've ever used in a game.

Nope. That's why I gave up with it for now. Organising a raid or nightfall is just too much work for someone with a job and responsibilities. It takes about half an hour to get a team together, PSN is always under strain and then you end up playing in awkward silence for most of it. I did try to help sort out a Britgaf raid team, but you need to organise your life around the game and I just resent that.

It's alright. I'm a bit grouchier than normal today, but (yes, I know I'm going to get stick for this) it's kind of depressing reading such women-as-meat-object posts. I like everyone and all, but er yeah. It's a bit unpleasant for me (not being in the straight male porn hound club (which yup I know is probably every straight male). I don't know. I'll probably regret this post.

Oh and Dark Souls! I've had quite a few "hell no I'm out of here" moments. I've played about 3 or 4 hours and it's got such an amazing world and atmosphere. I really feel lost in it. Also it feels a bit like Ocarina of Time when you use Z targeting. Which is super good.

you've every right voicing your feelings and, especially when the entire forum is so male-dominated, us straightwhitemen people should always try a little harder to not further alienate anyone, particularly those that don't share our privilaged and mainstream taste/opinions/point of view etc. objectification is a massive problem in normal society and i would hate to think that i am helping ruin somebody's escape from that world by making a place like neogaf feel alienating.
