It's up - started downloading this morning.

It was a mess to find the actual download though - I had to go to buy a Season Pass for the game, and then there was an option to see the "Full Game" - clicked that and I could download it.

That store is an utter mess nowadays.

Does anyone else call foul on dedicated servers, I am seeing hackers quite frequently, and have quite a few laggy matches

Also can you refund squad points, bought the wrong gun

Actually liked the campaign alot, best since the Ranger portion of MW2.
gameplay wise it reminded me of 4 the most, story was more on the Black Ops side.

I have owned and loved every CoD but I have to say this is the worst CoD ever IMO. To me it doesn't even feel like a CoD game, the gameplay has been totally ruined because of the huge maps, and their design. I spend more time running around looking for people to shoot than actually shooting which is just dull. And because the maps are so huge and open everyone is just camping on roofs or in windows, which goes against the CoD style of gameplay.

Performance wise it's fine, I'm not having the issues some people are having, I never drop under 80fps and I'm not having any massive drops, although I do experience the odd bit of micro freezing but it's rare.

I am honestly disappointed though, I will keep playing and see if it improves but I really don't think it will. My friend is getting his RAM tomorrow (lol) so maybe it will be more fun than playing solo.

I would expect them to slowly release dedies. Considering all the horrible launches with server based games (DIII, SimCity, etc.) I would think they will let the initial surge die down before bringing them online. Just a thought.

Sooo... what's the consensus on this? I've played all CoD games since 4 through at least the first prestige. Worth picking up even though it sounds like more of the same?

It feels like I've entered bizarro world, lol. Now the maps are too big in a CoD game.

So what's the Nuketown map equivalent if there is one?

Also if the maps are so big I wonder why they removed Ground War from some versions. Sounds like they might have been ideal for that mode. Could that be patched in?

Octane is the only map that seems close quarters. Maybe Strikezone.

Seriously, this is disgusting. I thought I left the days of 30 FoV in the dust when I made the switch to PC.

Yea its dumb as. My fav mode gone just like that. What a load of shit. Just kills my interest. Treyarch better bring it back, I don't want to be angry at them, I actually like them!

Now its asking me to update again, is there another 100MB update on 360? No one cares about my stupid countries usage caps. >_>

Or is it the same one? Why is it asking me to do it again?

It's not Nintendo's doing. It's Activision. They aren't selling any of their games on the eShop. Which doesn't make any sense. They likely haven't sent out many copies of their games and they'd pull in more money per copy off the eShop versions since the money is just split between Nintendo and them. It doesn't have anything to do with the size of the game, lacking DLC, etc. Just a decision Activision has made.
