That's outside of the actual purchase of the studio.
I remember way back I threw out a random number for sake of argument saying it probably cost $50M. I didnt include cost of buying the studio. I was thinking if a big bdget game takes $100M, Concord doesnt seem to be that kind of game to me.
Other gamers thought it's probably more like $100M given the length of dev and tons of employees (nobody assumed it was 150 people from day one), add in expensive mo cap, all the cinematic stuff etc... Then someone (article or YT?) said it might be $200M.
Who knows, but $200M seems really high for the game we all saw.
But if it's somehow $400M, that's insane. It doesn't seem possible no matter how to slice and dice it. Is everyone getting paid $500k salaries? lol
