I have one with rangefinder and firefly. Not having Outlaw is negated by having gloves with faster handcannon reloading.

Nothing negates not having outlaw, it's just that good. While yes it's still usable It just isn't the same as killing an enemy with a precision shot then instant load

Kyo, you can use Doctrine in the same manner as TLW. It's a good rushdown or anti-shottie gun. And it frees up the exotic slot and has less phantom bullets than TLW.

I was a TLW snipe guy Y1 and Doctrine seems legit so far.

It took me a few matches. I dig it now. And now I can just leave Truth equipped.

Yeah. It all comes down to predictability and consistency to me.

Ayyyy every time lol. If i dont have an arcblade we either push and die if they have outside heavy (inside is easier to push) or play the heavy and lose because i suck at rockets.

Nah. Iirc the reload perks increase reload speed by 33%. Outlaw should be higher than that, and outlaw+reload gloves=insanity. I use a reload hc speed in pvp with my tlw and its not what i would call a "split second reload".

Int - Disc/Str - 32 would work as i'm 299 Disc/300str with a 316 ghost at 31 Disc. I've had to officially retire my Titan as I cannibalised everything for those points
