So I'm hopping back into this because a friend of mine is getting the TTK PS4. I stopped playing before any of the DLC even came out, and since TTK is $40 but the Legendary Edition is $60 I just want to know if the first two DLCs are worth the extra 20? I know some of the stuff from them is going to be kidna useless after TTK, but as far as modes and areas and story would you guys say that extra $20 is worth it?
The $40 version is only available to those who already have the previous 2 DLC.

Whether they're worth it or not, they're required to play TTK so you have no choice but to buy them too.
I enjoyed them but I can't say whether they're worth it post-TTK as not many will be doing the content in those expansions. But yeah, you'll need them to play TTK.

Kinda weird that if you buy the game a second time all the DLC is cheaper than if you were to buy the expansion pass right now and then get TTK in a few weeks...

So, I stopped playing before the first expansion came out, but I'm planning on getting back into it. I bought The Taken King in the Playstation Store already. I have the game and expansions currently installing, ready to be played when I get home. I'm going to start completely fresh, so there's that.
I was offered the ability to download Taken King to my PS4 through the web store. Is it available for pre-load already? I've only been half keeping up with news surrounding the game.

Well it happened. I was a level 28 hunter before purchasing this gear and now I'm level 30. Shoutout to the light difference between the two.

the oddest thing happened yesterday: last night I was running skolas and on round 4 the treasure entrance opened up and I fell through, sadly there was no treasure at the bottom.
Xur's engram available today is an exotic.
I would like to do Trials as well, please.
