You have to sign in on GO with your squeenix account and then do the same in the actual game and they should be linked.

Do they work on ps4 yet? I've read it's only Xbox and PC atm :(

Looks like it is, just installed and it says right in the options.

Just watched some gamescom footage and I'm so happy they fixed Adam's SSS. He doesn't look like a Twilight reject anymore!

Plus the more people install it, the more people put themselves willingly into Microsoft's new attempt at a walled-garden. There is just too much fishy about being unable to prevent updates (some of which have uninstalled programs without users' input), the restrictions in publishing options available to UWP programs, the disingenuous way in which they installed W10 without consent from many people, that the OS now sends data collected from the user to advertisers, etc.

Read this paragraph and replaced every mention of MS with Nvidia. Works in both cases.

Not really. Not even close, actually.

Not 1:1, but NV has thirst for creating and maintaining garden of proprietary techs that they and chosen / wiling developers use to create branded games. One could see it as attempt to lock consumers into their brand and products because e.g. without their GPU then half of that 600€ monitors "key features" don't work etc.

.Guys is there any info out there on which console this runs best? Would like to pre-order this asap, heard X1 pre-load has started.

...question, should I finish Human Revolution I have started years ago on a peasant last gen consoles? Or MD a completely new standalone story and not a continuation of HR?

Thx bros!

I was just gonna buy the PS4 version in a few months when the price went down, but after seeing that the game plays well on the PC, decided to just spring for the GMG version on PC.

Human Revolution is a great game and I highly recommend playing through it.

Though it's not that bad if you haven't completed it, since Mankind Divided has a very long video at the start which summarizes and recaps the events of Human Revolution.

MD is a continuation, that'd why the game starts off with a 15 min synopsis of the first game.

You should finish the first game in the spirit of things and get ready plus it's different from watching a synopsis. You don't have to play the new game as soon as it comes out, instead finish HR and your anticipation will be through the roof by the time you finish it and...you get to play the sequel right away.

Are any UK sites dispatching the game yet?
I'd like to know this as well.

Really hope this game isn't a nightmare on PC. I can't take two in a row.
Have Nixxies ever made a bad port? Plus there are people here who have the game on PC right now and they say it runs great.

The PC Version seems to be VERY solid.

It runs very well on my system, getting around 55-60FPS with little to no drops.

Running this on a GTX 770 with an i5 Processor with Medium Graphics set. As for the HUD you have full customization and can even turn it off, I expect this port to run well since it's being handled by Nixxes.

I have and they work fine on my system but I'm getting around 45-50 FPS on High and 40-45 on Ultra so I chose to go with medium settings.

Speaking of which a user did tell me to post a screen shot of the graphics options and even though I'm under embargo I think it's safe to post these here. The resolutions go all the way up to 4K

If GMG counts they heavily implied Friday delivery for keys.

gave away the keys to the kingdom.

"Walled garden" doesn't simply mean "A thing that has restrictions", though. Within the context of software, it refers specifically to a content distribution platform that seeks to limit the extent to which users can interact with said content. If Nvidia had its own digital distribution service and it greenlit only games that had been modified to accept an Nvidia GPU and only an Nvidia GPU, then, yes, that absolutely would be analogous to the WinStore. GameWorks and G-Sync, however? Not so much.

I get a major Half-Life 2 vibe from Prague.

I wouldn't be surprised if Viktor Antonov got a lot inspiration for City 17 from his childhood neighborhoods in Bulgaria. City 17 has very noticeable European feel and design to it. He also did designs for Dishonored 1, not sure if also 2.

Sebastien Mitton is the art director on Dishonored 2. Antonov is (or was) busy with BattleCry.

Isn't City 17 actually in Europe? I might be misremembering.

No movement on my ShopTo order yet, though going off their usual procedure for Tuesday releases I expect to get a dispatch email later today or tomorrow and it to arrive on Saturday.

Just a shame I'm away all weekend so it'll be Monday at the earliest I'll be playing.

Not even vaguely,
a) there's only the one mention of Microsoft
b) I don't remember Nvidia not allowing us to prevent updates
c) "the restrictions in publishing options available to UWP programs" - definitely not related to Nvidia

Yea but GMG keys are steam keys, the game won't unlock on steam until release day.

The keys are still important to get early for those who intend to pre-load.

Also even though Friday seems the most likely since Sqenix will probably authorise key delivery as soon as pre-loads are set to begin, no they do not "heavily imply" Friday for keys.

Someone asked about Friday delivery and all GMG say is, it's coming very soon hang in there. "Very soon" could be anything. GMG have been pretty wobbly with how quickly they get keys out there even when a preload is available.
