So yeah, after saving up stones for a millennium I decided to a Ginyu multipull, hoping for my first native SSR. But I probably kicked puppies in a past life, so no dice, though at least I now almost have the full assortment of Ginyu Force members at all ranks except good 'ole Cap on higher rank. Also, R PHY Guldo is very underappreciated, dude saved my bacon more than once.

Which leaves my current roster as follows. I'm working my way through Z-Hard special events with relative ease, but as you can see it's becoming a battle of attrition at least on a mental level. Everything below the SR's and SSR's on that shot are either awakened mission/training fodder or not yet awakened R's.

Advice, GAF? Should I quit while I'm ahead and/or reroll, or hold out to a possible SSR summoning rate-up like I've been doing for the last weeks?

Yahoo! Finally got a Strike event SR to lvl 10.

He was dropping like candy. Got 7 of them just from today. :O

I didn't get him once! The RNG was murdering me. Were you fighting him on Z Hard? I did about 30-40 on Hard with zilch

Are you supposed to be guaranteed a kid Gohan if you beat the missions in the Raditz event quest, or is it just a chance of getting him ?

Yeah, it was all on Z-Hard.

Gohan with a super lvl10 Sr'd any good or ?

For an early unit, his ATK stats are way good until you get Awakened SRs. Was part of my rotation for awhile and was easily outclassing a lot of my Awakened Rs and some SRs.

how good is Piccolo Jr? what's his type?

PHY. Apparently he's a great unit like most Strike SRs: https://www.reddit.com/r/DBZDokkanBattle/wiki/events#wiki_strike_-_king_piccolo.27s_successor

Where do you get Grand Ki tokens? I need one for my SSR Vegeta but even on Z Hard I don't see any dropping.

Tried to do the King event on z-hard, even with a much better team the guy still one shoted me right at the start.

That was humbling.

How much hp does your team have. Also how many awakened reds?

If it helps, he'll always open with his super, then use it every 3 attacks or so I believe. Bring along Baba and Ox King... that should help at least.

Japan patch 2.2.0 is pretty sweet.

You can train special without an identical card. Like normal gokus that are different can be used to train up your supers. The con is that it's a chance to raise the super level, but it's better than nothing!

Is that with same character but different supers, or does it have to be identical supers?

So I did the SR King Vegata event roughly 90 times. About 40 on hard, and 50 on normal. Did not get a single SR King.

I feel like these aren't worth doing at the low chance of getting a card.

As long as it stays in the "Kid Gohan" character I guess. They really covered their base with base Goku. Because you can't really farm base Goku and use him for Kaioken Goku. I wonder is Kaioken Goku a separate character from base or the same?

Had anyone EVER gotten Tao's super to knockout instantly? I haven't once. And his super kind of sucks without it.
I did, twice so far, but the description is misleading: "knock out" means "affected enemies take no action this turn", not "instantly K.O." as in kill. It's what makes Supers that also knock out relatively useful despite lack of power (e.g. PHY Guldo), since it can knock out a boss right before he's about to kick your teeth in. The proc chance is *very* rare though, in all cases.

Reason I found this out was because I fought Frieza from the Bardock event, used Guldo's super just before Frieza's attack, and Frieza didn't attack and had a special icon on his portrait before taking another two turns to attack again.

So forgive me, does raising the super level raise the base stats as well? Or is that only for their special? And any idea about how much % per level?

Did you try on Z-Hard? The drop rate on Z-Hard, at least for me, was crazy good.

Ohhhhh ok, then maybe I have had this happen before. I've definitely had some enemies just not attack when their portrait was lined up to. Yeah I thought it meant instanly K.O. good to know.

Base stats stay the same. Atm our special is raised near 5÷ super damage per super level.

Thanks, coming late to the party it seems there is often an overwhelming amount of stats/strategies. Still need to finish up story mode on normal, been too busy grinding dailies to awaken my current roster.

I wouldn't worry about supers too much. I believe end game would result in us getting a party filled with UR cards. Just work on getting decent cards for now.

I'm assuming the same. I mean, otherwise you'd have massive profit for SR Kid Gohan if you look at how farmable he is (for the R Kid Gohan) in this current event. Dirt cheap in stamina too.

Hmm I'm not sure, but I assume it's the same supers. It's a recent patch that was translated on Reddit. I linked the post just in case it gets updated.

From what I understand the only requirement is the same name.

So after that last just.... horrible multi-roll, I started re-rolling on bluestacks with mayyybe considering starting over if I got a SS Bardock. And wow... this is really putting the SSR chances in perspective. I've rolled probably about 40-50 times and not a single SSR to be found. I can't decide if that makes me want to start over more or less.

Went from a note 3 to s6 and now this game gets super fucking choppy at times. From silky smooth to single digit fps so it takes forever for animations to finish. Anyone had to figure this out?

LATIN, MATRIPEDICABUS, DO YOU SPEAK IT
Got around 140 stones and figured, "why not do 1 multi-pull." Ended up with a SR 17 AGL and SR Yamcha AGL. Rest were all Rs, including an INT Kid Gohan and STR Kid Gohan.

Gonna wait until a true rate up now and will hopefully have enough for 3 multi-pulls by then.

After spending nearly all night tonight re-rolling, (while also watching DBZ to keep myself sane) I learned a few things.

1. Waiting for a rate up event is truly the best thing to do. I did probably around 60 rolls tonight, and I got 0 SSRs. You probably have around a 3% chance to get an SSR.

2. All of the Dragon Stones I've impulsively spent on my main account I'm severely regretting now.

3. You should never, ever spend money in this game. Unless you get some sort of guarantee for something that you want or you just have way too much money. If you think one more multi-roll will get you that Bardock, you're probably wrong. So resist the urge.

I'm going to keep going for a while. If I actually get a Bardock or a SS Gohan then I might consider restarting just because of how insanely rare I now realize that would be. But I'm so deep in...

My roster right now. the main thing I don't want to leave behind are the strike characters with their supers leveled, like Jackie and Freeza.

Edit : Just got Piccolo Jr. on my first normal run. That makes up for it a bit.
