A lot of porn seems to make the women seem subservient and sort of a thing for some gross creepy guy to consume and use up. I understand people have their kinks, but the overall fantasy frequently on display here seems to be that of revenge or frustration.

I believe that there's a higher than previously thought amount of women who are into rougher play. I also believe that many women would prefer to be the dominating partner, although social mores prevent that from happening. Developments like pegging, the rising numer of women sincerely embracing practices previously considered degrading (ie: throating and anal) or the rise of power bottoms among the gay community show that our notions about what means to be active and passive are crumbling very fast. There's a lot to be explored and studied there and I think we may be on the verge of a new sexual revolution.

With that said, there's a reason the most commonly searched porn among women is lesbian one. It turns out that many of them want to feel titillated instead of assaulted. And dudes in straight porn are almost universally gross (shout out to my boy Ferrara for being a notable exception).
