My hands keep heating themselves up today. I kinda like it.

possibly a result of a tick bite on saturday. theoretically it didn't stay attached long enough for it to pass anything to me but i've been feeling very lethargic since and have had at least two days of being dizzy and such. they gave me some short term antibiotics to try to prevent anything from happening but idk

Playing sportsball every week keeps me sane, I think. Had one episode with depression about a decade ago and a few brushes since.

my sweaters from my former thin days fit her perfect. I decided to lose all the weight I gained in the last 4 years so I can wear them again...will probably take me a year tho >> right for the next winter season.

its not that so much that the tone is so completely different that i feel like i came to the wrong place. seems to generally deal with depression when i mostly have that under control and am mostly trying to deal with anxiety

The irony is that it's easier to motivate yourself through all that work with a good support system, which relationships can be good for, but I rely on my friends for support when I need it.

well theres a lot of options here so thats the problem
1) i get dizzy from anxiety occasionally anyway
2) lymes disease but incredibly unlikely due to short exposure
3) another illness from the tick
4) a more long term condition that just happens to get bad at this time
5) some sort of virus
6) I'm just tired or hungry or something and don't realize it

I'll probably give it another day or two unless it gets especially bad
