Figure GAF |OT3| You're Here Forever

I am always lurking FigureGAF, because I rarely buy figures though I am digging into GKs. Is it okay for me to post my GK works in the future, with the fact that they are from E2046? I ask because I believe some figure collectors are not fond of E2046.

It's 110% ok to post gks in here.

There better be. That trailer was hype as fuuuuuuuuck.
MC's design has to potential to be my favorite MC design by far with the red/black motive going on with him. I'd buy any P5 merch in a heartbeat.
PERSONA 5 FIGURES WHEN
I'd get Nendos, Figmas, plushies, t-shirts, cupholders, chopsticks, whatever. I'm hyped as fuck.

I may even be tempted to import the Japanese version despite not knowing Japanese lol, that's if localisation will take 6+ months but doubt it =P

That's fine =D

What happened that they're giving you a refund for?

Last week AmiAmi sent me a payment email for an order which I paid for. Next day they send me an email saying they undercharged me three bucks on the shipping so they would refund the entire amount and to pay again. So my original payment hung around in PayPal limbo and I had to pay a second time, taking twice as much from my bank account.

It's been a giant pain in the arse but I'll live.

so, 4 playable characters confirmed in that trailer. Digging the design of the lead and the female. Not a fan of the cat mascot but w/e.

Im sure Ill be in for a figure somewhere down the line. I kind've hope the girl in the labcoat and heels is a teammate

Baka Zeitgeist

The competition is to not spend money, and we're all losing.
Ain't that the truth.

My AmiAmi refund was finally released by PayPal.

Now I have to wait 3-5 days for it to go back into my bank account.

mz7kbHp.gif

At least it's progressing, there is a brightside. I ended up getting the money stuck in paypal for a month, and in that month missed the figure I was trying to get because of the refund problem. Your getting your figures and will have your money back soon!

Kewl! P5 trailer! Hyped if any figures/merchandises of the characters get made?/Liking the designs?

That Persona 5 trailer was awesome, the black/white/red motif always takes things up a notch.

That said my backlog is soooo huge, and I still haven't touched persona 4.

The small pile with demon gaze on top is my finished pile. (Shadows of Mordor got too samey by the end and I got sick of it, and watchdogs wasn't finished, it put me to sleep after a few hours)
The two games in front are what I'm currently playing. (in the case of killzone, trying to play)
The huge pile is my backlog.

And for some reason I still have games on pre-order...

Not going for the red version? I mean, not that the original is bad but having seen both the red one is far superior IMO.

I liked the red one more, but my wife was indifferent "both are good, but get the cheaper one, and use NY this time, " if I'm adding a figure to an already pricey month she's getting the final say. LOL

*Sees both Danganronpas on the backlog pile, plus Persona 4*

Demon Gaze is fantastic. Only dungeon crawler I've ever finished. Super underrated.

It's not, though. It's piss-easy even after turning up the difficulty (except when it's not, like the last boss, which is just annoying), the classes are dull and don't have many ability options that matter, and the gem system for equipment is just bad (requires tons of save-scumming since some gems are limited). The music is also terrible.

I'm not saying it's a bad game, mind you. I mostly enjoyed it and I think for dungeon crawler fans it's worth giving a shot, and I'm looking forward to NISA's release of the other game by the same team. The artwork in DG is really good, the game looks great and as a piece of software it's very well put together and has some nice QoL/polish features (note system is genius, auto-move feature is nice, etc.).

However, DG doesn't hold a candle to dungeon crawlers like the Etrian series.

This is why I like it. Hardcore dungeon crawlers are grindfests and their only difficulty is in their time commitment. I played the first couple Etrian games and had to quit because it's all about dat grind. Don't have time for that. I never ran into a gem issue. You could always buy more and could easily complete the game without save-scumming for the rarer ones.

Demon Gaze is streamlined and much easier. Perfect for me!

One of the few times I've seen you personally invested in a figure! lol

So...funny thing...this just hit me...

There was a Persona 5 trailer?

Persona is one of my favourite game series =), can't go crazy like others though lol but if it isn't crazily priced I'll probably get most of what's thrown out for it merchandise wise XD

Haha yeah I've got a huge backlog as well XD, but Persona/SMT takes priority for me to finish =P

figma Saber: Dress ver.

“There is one last thing I need to say…”

From the popular anime Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] comes a figma of Saber wearing her dress without armor!
· Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
· She comes with three expressions including a gallant face, a gentle smile and a bright smile filled with happiness.
· Optional parts include Excalibur and its scabbard Avalon, as well as the bamboo sword from the series.
· She also comes with alternate hair parts to display her hair blowing gently in the wind.
· An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.
Oooooooooooooohhh!!! (●´ω｀●)

A gentle smile with her lovely blue and white dress! A much more relaxed version of Saber compared to her normal armored appearance!

The elegant dress combined with her angelic smile…

It’s hard to think of her as a servant in Holy Grail War when she looks like this…
o0515044513208742229.jpg

This version also features her with her hair untied up, and the hair comes in both a standard version as well as a more dynamic one – as if being blown by a gentle breeze! I’m sure that wind has a lovely fresh scent to it as well! <○><○>

Along with the gentle smile above,

She also comes with a more confident expression!

The bamboo sword that appeared in the anime series ‘Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]‘ is also included! I want to display her with a certain other character from the series as soon as possible!

Excalibur and its scabbard Avalon are also included!

That Kotori... her face looks so goofy. I mean, I guess it's pretty faithful to the anime art, but I don't really like it.

I liked the red one more, but my wife was indifferent "both are good, but get the cheaper one, and use NY this time, " if I'm adding a figure to an already pricey month she's getting the final say. LOL

Well, that's understandable.

I hope that the re-release is going to fix the issues I heard about on the original. Something about the way her base was designed on the original with plastic pegs that were easy to accidentally break (I've seen the original but don't own it). The red version comes attached to her base out of the box; she has a screw that goes up into her foot holding her to her base so she's very sturdy.

I strongly disagree with this, and think that most people who like to dig into the battle system of games like EO would, too, because their difficulty is in the player's understanding of the battle system and the information that isn't outright handed to the player, being prepared, and making smart decisions when in battle and when building your characters, but if you don't like them, then you don't like them. (That said, the EO games in postgame do tend to get a little grindy since there is a large gap of levels between the end of story mode and the postgame boss(es) where there is no exploration to serve as a motivator, so you just have to buckle down and kill stuff for the sake of killing stuff.) I still recommend you try EO4 and/or EOU since they're better designed, easier, and more polished than the first three EO games.

As for the gem issue in DG, you can't always buy more. Most gems besides Nameless are in limited supply at the shop. In particular artifact gems.

I wanted to like that Lieselotte figure, but as soon as a saw her butt it was a nope, looks pretty weird lol...oh well, I like her normal outfit a lot more anyway

and that Sayaka looks, I don't know, kind of meh

those nanatsu figures look cute thou

God, why can't that Saber Figma be the correct scale????

I made my order yesterday for our comic shop(it's limited by whatever diamond deems mr worthy enough to buy so anime shit is hard to find)

Saw some kancolle stuff

Deemed it stupid and unworthy of entering the collection and passed on it all!

Ordered some sailor moon stuff for my wife and the black and white batgirl for myself but ultimately a light order
