Primal Timbre is one of my favorite FF songs ever. I remember stepping into T1 for the first time in 2.0 when it was still fairly mysterious...that music still gets me fired up.

I guess the disconnect I'm having is how they had super advanced technology and then lost it all in the current timeline. We see remnants but no one really harnesses or develops off of it, AFAIK? Also blame PSN outage for my lore talk.

May wind up just going PC depending on how it performs, but SSD space is currenly at a premium on my workstation (which is why I hav held out for a PS4 demo, besides working too much).

Yeah, shit is still down! Cripes. I need to pass out for tonight anyway but I hope it is up by tomorrow morning. If it isn't I may just buy the PC version so I can start while I have this time off, and maybe get the PS4 version later just so I can play on both platforms.

I'm just comming back to the game after a long break (I'm a Paladin, stopped at lvl 50 doing atma's quest, my ilvl is 89 I think).

I used to play on Diabolos, but i'm thinking to start all over again, so I can find a new server...

You could always transer your current character to Ultros and play with GAF as opposed to re-rolling all over again.

I didn't notice the PC version is mad cheap right now ($10 for standard, $18 for CE) on the SE website. I'm just going to buy that and start there until PSN gets its shit together, and then I'll get the PS4 version.

I've been sitting here trying to navigate these tragic S-E websites trying to find a simple link to the client download, and instead of sending me an order confirmation they send me a mail saying my account was locked due to 'suspicious activity'. Apparently my insistence of actually trying to navigate these websites instead of giving up is quite suspicious indeed.
