The only reason I didn't take advantage of this to make a full piety/parry spec to swap to when bored is because I didn't want to click the remove option that many times.

I even bought all the inks!

To clarify, you want your account or character moved? Transferring characters between servers costs money. If it's the account, why would you need it moved?

I need my account moved from the EU to Canada. My brother in England bought the game for me on GreenManGaming as a gift back in 2013 when I was visiting there, little did I know when I went back to Canada that I would be unable to pay for my subscription in Canadian dollars.

This initially wasn't too much of a problem, but with how bad the dollar is now, I realistically can't see myself paying for this game in pounds or euros.

you can try using crysta. pay for crysta ,then use crysta to fund the game time

All this time I've been wondering what the point of those Shadow Lurkers is in Cloud of Darkness fight so I've just been ignoring them. Today I found out what happens when everybody does the same and it's not pretty. Yikes.

Square Enix support can't even do anything.

They literally told me they can't change my region, and that i would have to buy a european timecard or pay for Crysta in pounds to even keep playing the game, and that if i even bought another account, they would be unwilling to transfer my character over.

got my WHM to 50 and then kinda stopped playing the game because of region issues. I've technically subbed 60 days, but I was so caught up with work when I resubbed last May that I barely touched the game.

Really sucks that I can't buy an American region account and then transfer my character over, I would be willing to buy another copy of the game if I could bring my character over.

it's hard to justify it if I have to start all over again though.

It'll quite likely be irrelevant at that point too though. Not that it's super relevant right now either but eh.

In the end it's a matter of choices and options, if you don't do final coil then relic is BiS currently and even more so next patch, even if you load it with parry piety and skillspeed, if you do final coil but haven't cleared T13, then it's BiS in some cases even with tri stats and fairly close otherwise+you don't need a twine on your weap, and if you clear T13, well it's good to have until you actually get the right weapon drop, and will possibly be BiS next week even as tri stats, or will be close enough. Going for 2 stats(assuming crit/det) instead of 3 gives you a very minor increase in damage at the cost of 10ish millions, so it really depends on your priorities and wether or not you're loaded.

I don't really get the issue, is the issue that you can't find a way to buy euro timecards/buy crysta? Or is it that the conversion sucks so it's more expensive? Cause you certainly can play any server with any account.

Edit: Nvm I missed some posts, I see it's a conversion issue.

The only advice that the customer support representative could give when I said that I wouldn't buy the game again was: "wait it out, maybe in the future we'll have the ability to change regions".

ok i'll wait ten years then square enix

I just got my Arcanist to lvl 21 and I'm hoping at some point I start feeling more powerful and bad ass. Because, if I'm honest, I feel weak as shit right now. Having played DoT clases in other MMOs I'm no spring chicken to damage over time mages, but I've been having this nagging feeling that hasn't quite gone away. Thinking maybe its because the DoTs and how they work as a sever tic rather then at the moment of casting like other MMOs. I'm not really a huge fan of that since it feels like I'm always fighting the server systems for maximum dps rather than the mechanics of a fight. It gives me this feeling of not being in total control of my damage. I don't know it just feels like my Warlock was more powerful than this, or hell even my SMN post-abyssea :/

I'm hoping the SMN soul stone can cure what ails me.

This is by far, in my opinion the most uninspired, and least thought out version of SMN I have played in an Final Fantasy title yet-not to mention aesthetically ugly. Those Egi's look like shit.

Bane and ...... Wow I haven't played SMN in awhile, whatever the move is that does direct damage based on how many dots you have up will make you feel more powerful.

It is. Kagari pretty much figured out his identity without my help. I didn't even expect him to keep this game up for this long but if he wants to keep it going for as long as possible then oh well. The mumble voice trolling I heard about was pretty clever though. I wish I was there when it happened.
