When we did this for the Ultros minion, korra made us all leave the zone before he opened the chest. I mean I guess someone could have awkwardly stood there waiting out the time but meh.

How much gil are you promising? 3 hours is a really long time to be killing Reviathan over and over again.
How about T11? My group is trying to decide between farming for HA weapons (Only SCH and WAR have them) and focusing on T10.

Depends on if all the dps in the group still have soldiery weapons or not. If it's just 1 then it honestly wouldn't be that much of an issue, but anymore than that and you could easily have issues unless everyone in your group is pushing their class hard.
If this is the case then ya, prioritize getting back into t9 and getting 3-4 dps their weapons. Just because the group wants to get in there and see the new content, doesn't mean they're ready for it if the majority of the group doesn't even have the weapons you were meant to have going into it. You can learn the mechanics just fine with 110 weps, but if your group was thinking of skipping out on more t9 clears when dps desperately need them? Should probably slap some sense into them considering t9 even has the buff now and it's quite a bit easier because of it. Spending a night in t9 is better than spending a week in t10/11 just to find out that there is no chance of beating the enrage timer due to dps lacking their weapons.
Don't underestimate the value of 3-4 dps getting 2 wd/sd each and getting the extra stats on the weapons.

Also, 2 month sub is too much. I'll do 15 dollar paypal to people to cover 1 month sub, or some agreed upon amount of GIL. I only have access to 10M gil, so anything more than that you'll have to get paid later. I would be most appreciated if people I've helped clear stuff over time or have gotten Levi ponies through the farms we've done come back and help out this one time I need it, but otherwise I'll fill spots with people who want to be compensated.
