Piggyback
Do people just rush the fuck through games? I don't really get it.
Good lord. I'm missing something.
The marlbaro fight. What's the catch? Just kill the little ones or...?
So, do I still do the thing where I skip the tutorial to avoid the whole frame pacing thing
I actually really liked Chapters 1 and 2 in this game, especially coming off of Kingsglaive. So far the narrative has been fine. After playing Star Ocean 5 with its "interactive cutscenes" I feared that the same would be true of this game: it's not. For an open world game, the narrative is perfectly alright.
Who else HATES Dino? This dude is the Merchant O'aka of FFXV.

Is that guide worth getting? I don't normally buy or use guides but it's tempting.
I think its great and detailed, if you're familiar with their work Its legit (got the tpp one it was worrh it)

the story one? its just poorly designed,it actually doesnt want you to flee, it wants you to move to a certain position which is indicated by a tiny red arrow eventually
The CE is really beautiful.Cool, I'd probably get the collectors hardback version. Not sure how necessary it is for finding all the side quests or whatever though.
If you don't play through the tutorial you won't get frame pacing issues.
IGNIS, I GET IT, THE NIGHT IS DARK AND PERILOUS, JUST GET IN THE DAMN CAR
Where he can talk all he wants about the latest recipe he discovered!
Ha... Is there a way to skip his warnings, though?Where he can talk all he wants about the latest recipe he discovered!
Where the f is the last red frog, I am sure as hell this quest is glitched.
Why do people act like everyone enjoys mmo sidequests and walking across empty terrain.
Riding choco in Duscae is something special and amazing..
PS4 pro?
Also, at which chapterdoes the game's structure change from open to linear and is that a point of no return until I'm done with the game?[ I don't even mind, I'd just like to do an appropriate amoung of side quests before.
PS3, obviously
I understood that reference XD
Whatever could you mean?
Seriously, though, I really don't think anyone who's complaining about the scenery in this game has actually played it. These are some of the best views I've seen in gaming. The world is absolutely gorgeous.
10 hours in, got to Lestallum. I'm loving this game. I don't even care about the simplicity in some of the sidequests because it's just fun running around doing whatever.

I'm starting to wonder how I notice framepacing. I have it on High on my Pro and it seems...fine?
I still don't know what frame pacing is and I'm not sure I want to know. I'm playing the base ps4 version and it runs well for me.
