How long did it take you to platinum it??

It'll take you 55-60 hours. The worst one is maxing Gladio's survivalist skill because you have to walk a lot. When I finished the game and it was 7. I had to do 15 hours of walking to max it out (did the rubberband trick).

What is the best way to grind EXP before the 3.0x Exp Inn? Side quests is an obvious one but I've already done about 50, as well as being level 5 in hunts. Chapter 7 currently.

Yeah, chapters 9 to 13 (I'm in 14 atm) go by pretty quick. Chapter 13 is pretty long, but in all the bad ways. Wish that chapter was shorter or just better lol

You get more flasks to make more spells, but to make more than 3 of a spell in one flask, you need to use a quality item along with the element. The max in a single flask that I've seen was 8, but that was a really rare item

Use a catalyst to increase the yield.

Like, for example, Wind-Up Lord Vexxos gives you 56 or so spells per flask. 99 if you use 2 of them in the synthesis.

The parties lines at the end of that has been the most emotion Noctis has shown the entire game so far.

He is like everyone sat down and tried to make the most dull, uninterested character possible and goddamn did they nail it.

I am seriously so sad that this game is devoid of CG cutscenes. The game doesn't look that good to omit them pretty much entirely. I doubt there's more than one mid-game one. Chapter 5 and I haven't seen ANY outside of the opening. Disappointing.

Yes. In fact you don't need to be a completionist in order to get the platinum because it doesn't require you to max the hunting rank, complete the sidequests, and complete the crazy postgame dungeons.
