Russia feels like Valencia-boring.

At least Valencia looked beautiful to look at while the race was going on. This just feels like they're racing around in a massive car park.

And that brake drum on Riccardio's car was properly fucked. What the hell happened to it?

Watching Hamilton the car is clearly super twitchy, its snapping out at the rear quite a bit; not a particularly good way of going fast.

Either they just got the balance wrong, Hamilton just not able to come to grips with or likely a case of both. He seems to ve having a pretty miserable weekend and just hasnt been on pace at all.

Bottas however going like a bat out of hell, he's got that thing locked, think they are surprising even Ferrari,

Vettel 4sec off isnt just staying in clear air, it looks like he just cant do anything about Bottas speed

If Verstappen goes to pit we might get some action back, he'll drop behind Perez and Ocon.. But they still have to go in I think

The F1 app should introduce an alarm that rings whenever the cars in front start pitting - just so we could take our in-race naps without fear of losing anything intersting.

What on earth is Mercedes doing? They should have pitted ages ago.
Merc have a habit of that.

Theyve been lucky to this point that the cars were dominant, but now they have competition, its exposing how obvious it is they just routinely do odd shit with strategy.

Hoping Hamilton can do somwthing about Kimi at least, Vettel? Even better...

nekkid

It doesn't matter who we are, what matters is our plan.
I mean, a lot of people seem to be saying that but...is there any evidence for it? Or are we just guessing that everyone else probably says the same? Honest question.

They don't publish the full transcript anymore, but if you look at some over the last few years you'll see there's plenty of questions between wall and car from most drivers.

Obviously they'll focus on where the drama is, and perhaps Hamilton is being more vocal this race based on circumstance, but it's not just Hamilton doing it.

Poor Fernando. He said his plan to take him to Indy (testing!) hasn't arrived yet so he can't leave early and is stuck at the track.

This track can die in a fire. Seriously. It's always sucked, and the new spec cars have made it even worse. Plus the tyres are cheaty as hell, so... yeah, fuck this.

lol ... I just try to catch the red IN PIT text to pop up on the right edge of the screen.

What the hell why cars are affected by cars hundreds of meters in front?

Because instead of doing the smart thing and moving towards more mechanical grip they moved back towards aero and thus cars are more affected by turbulent air making following and overtaking much harder

Aiii

So not worth it
Thank the lord for the Nintendo Switch. Boring race on the telly, Switch on my lap and Mario Kart 8 to at least get some exciting racing action.
