Have we had any rally cars announced? All that lovely Group B madness, it would be a real shame just to have them for Horizon and its nerfed bouncy physics ( Fun to play, but still nerfed IMHO). My two favourite cars haven't been announced yet either, the Lancia037, and the Alfa Stradale; Beginning to sweat a little here.lol

Motion blur can look good at times, but it has to be the right situation. Racing action shots need motion blur.

Also, I wish for things like the Atom, they'd have a base version with a smaller engine, and then have it so you can swap in larger, more powerful engines afterwards. I dont always want 500hp in my little track toy, ya know?

They tried to make it seem like a new model by giving it the CR aero lip to cover a part of the front bumper and calling it the CR version, but it's still the same base 3D model.

I gave up on expecting completely remodeled cars from Forza 1 by now, I'm not even disappointed anymore lol. I have no doubt it'll be a great game, but I don't understand why they don't give the next-gen treatment to all of the cars.

Agree with the optics/focal length to cause perceptive differences. Also, you would need a photograph of the exact angle and elevation for perfect comparison.

old complaints were in the lines of the entire front nose of the car being wrong. i might be wrong (i know some honda-freak dudes ) but I think this is not the case any more.

To me it seems like the car is a bit "slim" if you get what I mean. Doors look "flat". But maybe it's something that has to do with that particular shot, I agree.

For reference, I'm not that concerned even with the F40, so I'm not nitpicking or complaining, mind you.

All you have to do is match up the headlights, in which case all of your real pics don't. Look at the headlights and notice they're almost in the exact same position, with the same angles of the headlamp lines showing, then look at the rest of the car body and notice it's not even the same proportion, but the front end is. Different focal length isn't going to skew just the body and leave the headlights looking the same length/size, that wouldn't make any sense.

I'm worried about this too. There's, what, 3 showroom reveals left, and so far they've been rather light on racing hardware, GT, LMP, or otherwise.

It's probably safe to assume that the racecars from FM4's DLC are a lock, (we've already got the Viper GTS-R and C6.R), and I'm sure most of the other ALMS cars, (sans the GT3 RSRs of course), and FIA GT3 cars from FM4 will follow as well. The prototype ranks look a bit thin, though. We've got the R18 e-tron, 908, 787B, and 333SP, (so they've kept at least some of the FM1-era machinery), but there's a ton of good stuff missing.

Let's see what the next 3 weeks bring.

Mine is pre-EffD but still gets around 40mpg (less in sport mode & when using the 'paddles', naturally..!). I love it. Colour is sparkling graphite metallic (awful name, great colour).

btw, that pic you are comparing to, is not oem. wheels are aftermarket and the height seems lower than other oem pics (see pic i posted above), so probably aftermarket suspension/springs too.

you talking about these "awful differences" like its a big deal, will lead only to this question, so I can understand better:
you do like gt5. can you list the gt5 cars that you have the same "game-breaking" fidelity problems with? like not being accurate to the shape of the reflector inside the headlight for example. just like here. the full list please.

oh, and one more question: how many inaccurate cars would it take to make gt6 broken for you?
