I must confess, my first immediate thought for Gatiss was the kindly man. I could see him making a good (if altered) Mace Tyrell, mind.
Damn,I hope this doesn't take away from Gatiss working on other things in the UK like Sherlock and Doctor Who.

Don't forget the coolest one:

They selling that one?
Couldn't find it in the store.
They tweeted that they were just 10 minutes ago and linked to their store. It's also listed on that SDCC list of what is available to buy this week.

Aye, the FB post links to all three. The tweets didn't have a store link to the Stark Shield.

It should have been Cat.
It's not iimportant if the actor playing Mace Tyrell is fat. The essential thing about the character is he's a self-inflated idiot. Lord Manderly, on the other hand, they'll need to get someone like Ian McNiece.
How long until the Comic-Con panel? They usually use that to make casting announcements.
Fiction came this close to having her dreams come true
Ask a GoT Writer is back for round two! Once again, the indomitable Bryan Cogman is back to answer your questions. Bryan took a break from his busy schedule filming season 4 to provide answers to questions about the characterization of Stannis, the torturing of Theon, adapting future books, and about indigo?
Dianna Rigg is really the only one that deserved to be nominated (outside of NCW) for season 3.
Emilia Clarke is serviceable at best, and Dinklage has been phoning it in since season 2 (although I still think he does a good job). Nikolaj is IMO the second best actor in the show behind Charles Dance, and he doesn't get enough credit for it.
There has been criticism of Theon’s story arc this season, specifically the graphic torture scenes. As a book reader, I understand why this was done but, at the same time, found it difficult to watch. Can you give us insight into the thought-process that went into writing Theon’s scenes this season? Was it accepted that this arc would be uncomfortable (or perhaps a turn-off) for viewers?
I have to LOL @ people saying Dinklage is phoning it in. What a ridiculous comment.

read the title, lol
People skim through it and it's almost identical to the other one, with Game of Thrones + BOOK SPOILERS all in caps. Bitmap Frogs was the first of many, this thread should be named after ASOIAF not the show.
THIS TOTALLY THIS
I mean, I'm used to the TV show threads being spoiler free, so yeah.... =((
Catelyn coming back? I hope that was a sick joke or something.
No one gives Jack Gleeson credit in these award debates. He was pretty awesome this season (and basically always).
Jack Gleeson brought Joffrey to a new level in season 3. He introduced a layer of pure glee into Joffrey's typical menacing and tormenting attitude that was just delicious to watch. No one gives Jack Gleeson credit in these award debates. He was pretty awesome this season (and basically always).

The thread is about the TV show "Game of Thrones", so I don't think it should be named after Ice and Fire. Bottom line, people need to read what they're clicking on. Also, use Subscriptions!
The thread with no book spoilers is here, and remains active
The thread is about the TV show just as much as it is about the books, and most of the time the posts are comparisons between the two. A harmless title change would help highlight the major differences between the two.
