I know. I just can't believe that many people actually showed up to condemn a race and spread hatred. Israel did not massacre hundreds of innocent people this past week. If Hamas and supporters did not do that then there would not be this retaliation. Are they all ignorant of what happened?

I keep out of this stuff because I’m ignorant as shit about it, but this morning I saw footage of this little Palestinian kid. A fuckin toddler. The news guy said her entire family got killed du a bombing but somehow she survived. Normally stuff like this don‘t affect me but the look of pure confusion and fear in her eyes really got to me. If I had my way every Hamas leader and every supporter would be dragged in front of that child and forced to beg her forgiveness, then taken round a corner and strung up.

I'm pretty sure we (Israel) phased out white phosphorus like a decade ago.
But even if we did use it (I have no idea, really), Israel is not bound by any law against using it, it's not considered a war crime.

The 24 hour warning was for evacuating the northern part of the strip, the Beit Lahia area. that area doesn't contain 1+ million people and it's only 10km to the next district. So it's totally possible to have everyone evacuated, that's why Hamas is spreading propaganda in order to prevent people from leaving.
They should release the videos of this “white phosphorus” being used on civilians to let everyone know it’s not just more videos from Ukraine, deployed smoke screens, or illuminating flares.
What white phosphorus does to humans is fairly obvious.

So let's say you use White Phosphorous to burn down Tokyo, as a direct attack on the civilian population, it's a war crime because you are directly targeting the civilian population. If you use it to attack a military base or tunnel network, it's not a war crime. It's not the white phosphorous, the same would be true of anything directly targeting civilians.

Technically the protocol also limits attacks of military targets within regions with high concentration of civilians. But then again, Israel did not ratify these rules in the first place so none of these technicallities even matter.
And if you have a problem with these accusations, take it to Human Rights Watch, they're the ones accusing Israel.

It is absolutely appalling, yet not the least bit surprising that in academia, if some staffer posts on social media #IStandWithJKRowling or some student uses a wrong pronoun, that within the hour, said university will release some lengthy pathetic statement going on and on how committed they are to justice, yet for a real actual atrocity like these attacks on Israel, many of them have been deafeningly silent. And when they finally comment, it's half hearted.
You know, I've gone back and forth about whether academia is actually broken or if that is hyperbole, and I gotta say it's fucking broken. And so many of our institutions have no idea how to handle it.
These lunatic charlatans they have allowed in their universities to push their crazy ass rhetoric are now openly celebrating the massacre of innocents, and anyone who has any ounce of moral fiber left and isn't totally brainwashed is seeing this and realizing it, yet they have so committed to these people and their ideologies as the way forward that they may not have the decency to take the L. If you look at the people who are celebrating these attacks, there's a direct line to the radical social justice crowd that has been completely capitulated to for the last several years, particularly so the last 3-4 years. It's almost like their intent was never righteous to begin with. That all they do is spread discrimination and hate polished up with fancy lingo to make it sound good.
If nothing else, for the people out there who didn't realize all this yet and still have an open mind left, they're seeing these people for who they are.
