OP I don't care what the law is. Get her the fuck out now. I 'll come do it myself if you want, believe me it will be legal and effective.

this thread is so good.

in any case I hope for you, op, that all of this is fake. I mean, lol. 3 years, no sex, she went to FURCON in order to get wasted and have sex (really, man?) and you still didn't kick her out from your fucking house. "I can't kick her out yet" ok but how about kicking her out 2 years ago.

also is this your first girlfriend and how long is your penis are viable questions.

This thread...I can't even...

OP, you know what you have to do now. Just slap her with the notice to pay up the past 3 months of rent, or vacate the premises. If she pays, then she has the 30 days to get out of yourhouse. If she doesn't pay, sorry, she has to leave. It's not your responsibility to make sure she has friends/family/whomever she can stay with.

I know you obviously have strong feelings for her to put up with her shit for 3 years, but the truth is she doesn't view you in the same way you view her, and she doesn't respect you or your feelings. People like this are toxic, and should be cut out of your life like an abscess. She's an adult, so she should behave like an adult, and be treated like an adult by you. Don't coddle her because "she's in need/broke/no friends." That's not on you, and obviously she has people in her life since she's inviting them over to your house. If they won't put her up, not your problem. She's no longer your problem/concern.

*sigh* It would be Wisconsin. I was born in Los Angeles, but raised in Milwaukee, WI, I know how crazy WI can be, that's for sure. Lol. I moved to LA after high school, and haven't looked back.

If she has family in Cali, let them bail her out of this situation, and fly her out there to live with them until she grows the fuck up. I know it sounds harsh as fuck, but you're a grown ass man, and you just don't need this type of drama in your life.

Seriously. I think he was intentionally trying to make an ass out of himself so she'd fall for him again.

Well considering he hasn't sleep with her for more than three years I don't thinks it's necessary.

Talk

Pls listen to us, kick her out bro. There's simping and then there's being fucked over and used. Don't be that dude, stand up for yourself cuz no one else is going to, that's for sure man.

Indeed, she sounds more like a roommate.

I feel like this almost has to be a situation where he decided she was "girlfriend" all on his own.

1. Girl drunkenly sleeps with guy
2. Guy is in love.
3. Asks her to move in
4. They never have sex, are roommates
5. 4 furries(lol)
6. Gaf

That's where my money is on the chain of events.

Somewhere down the line we're going to learn she has her own room, hooked up with the OP once 3 years ago and it was a relationship in his mind since.

If real, this is just too fucking much. I have to wonder OP, what do you think normal couples do? Usually, at least in my experience, you have sex with your girlfriend. At least, sometimes. But 3 years without, wtf? Did she even kiss you? Was she ever actually your gf? How long have you known her? So many damn questions.

I was about to respond to you but you laid out what I was thinking with this. She had to have strung him along somehow. No one can be that pathetic.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Like, they had sex once and he assumed they were in a relationship, and he never talked about it with her and she thought it was just a one time thing and they were just roommates.

That's the only way this entire story will even make sense in my head.

And considering some of the people I've met in my life, entirely plausible.

I asked and her answer was April when the apartment she got will be ready. She hasn't paid me any "rent" for January or February and what she gives me doesn't cover half the mortgage.

I'm very confused ... OP referenced her "rent" not being able to cover half the mortgage.

Mortgages only exist when you take out a mortgage loan to buy a property, right? If it's your house / condo or something ... can't you just give her back her money and kick her the fuck out whenever you want?

That and you said there is no signed contract between you and her etc .... so she isn't a legal tenant ... she was just helping you pay the bills? So confused.

Was this discussed? I skipped like 3 pages to post this ... going back to read though as this story is amazing to me.

Ive asked her to leave at the beginning of February. She has nobody to go with and nowhere to go. She has no money and all her family lives in California. She was going to drive back home but she is going to school here and will go back at the end of the semester.

If I were you I'd call her family to explain the situation. In detail. I'm sure they can help her out.

As much as the situation sucks and I'm sure its been covered here in this thread. You need to find out what you can do legally. Depending upon where you live she has paid "rent" and set up residency. Those two things can make it very difficult for you to get rid of her. Not only would you have to serve her paperwork after she is late on her rent it'd also have to serve as notice to quit whatever arrangement you have between each other. That varies from county to county and state to state. So before you waste more time do yourself a favor and go to the local county clerks office and ask for information on how to properly evict her.

I would be looking for any possible way to help her get her on her way. Pay for a one way ticket to wherever she has family. It might be cheaper than going to court.

Holy shit. Well OP I don't know what to tell ya. I think you should try being super nasty. Dont flush and don't wash dishes and start a collection of bellybutton lint and nail clippings. Make it so unbearable that she would bounce.

You can't legally kick someone out when they've stayed at your place for a certain amount of time. Way less than a year. It doesn't matter if they're on the ease or not. i mean, you can do it. But if they want to pursue the matter, they can really fuck you over.

From my cold, dead hands.

That just makes the whole thing depressing. :(
