Seems like Park Gaeul from Produce 101 is going to debut in 2017 with a group called S*tory:

Park Gaeul with the blonde hair. I think I've mentioned her before. She dropped out pretty early of P101, but I was hoping she might get picked up by a bigger agency than Astory since she got a pretty good response to her first performance, even though she didn't manage to live up to it during the 2nd round. She's a good all-rounder like Yoonjung, capable of singing, dancing and rapping. Seems like she's stuck with Astory though.

As for the group, I'm not expecting much. Can't remember any other Astory trainees from P101, if there were any others participating. They seem alright. Song is a bop, though I'm unsure if it's theirs or a cover. The other two songs they are performing is TT and Mr. Chu.

Well since everyone else is doing lists I think I now how a final decision. I already did my top 5 songs which didn't really change much though.

It's been interesting listening to all this great stuff and although I only recently got into Kpop this year I can honestly say I'm a fan and have found that a good majority of my playlists have slowly started becoming more and more kpop.I'm glad I found this thread as well you guys are good at keeping things updated so it's always nice to see all the new stuff popping up.

1. EXO-CBX - Hey Mama!
This is such a great mini album and overall the whole thing flows so nicely and it just has a nice upbeat, fun feeling to it. I will say it took me awhile to come around on the track 'The One" but it grew on me. I guess the only downside is I wish there was more,I mean how can you not be happy listening to this album.

2. I.O.I - Miss Me
This album was a surprise for me. Initially when I heard Very,Very,Very I though it was a catchy cutesy girl group pop song, which it is but the rest of the album was very unexpected. In fact I would say Very,Very,Very is one of the lower tracks on the entire album but the whole thing together is super catchy and a little harder than I was expecting, it's just a shame these guys are disbanding.

3. GOT7 - Flight Log: Turbulence
I loved this album, so much great stuff here and the album has a great range of styles going on. I feel it hits all the right notes whether it's a harder song or a slower song it's just a great listen.

4. Hyolyn - It's Me
Another solid album from Hyolyn( I may be a little biased), the whole album has an early R&B sound with some good old slow jams going on. Initially I was worried when I had read that the album rap heavy but thankfully that wasn't the case.

5. Taeyeon - Why EP
Another great little album, super upbeat and catchy. Not much more to say I just really enjoyed it.

And my first real intro to SES was during Infinite Challenge and their ToToGa episode. Ever since then I've been a fan but the low res videos of the group didn't really make me fully appreciate the greatness of Eugene lol.

I love it, I thought I'd be the only one going for that song. Such a shame a ballad like that can never do really well in Korea. Such a great song, the first time I heard it it actually made my eyes teary.

No Stellar in your list though Sting and Crying were both really good as with most Stellar stuff. So sad they don't get the love they deserve (except from the army) . Also weren't they supposed to have a 3rd comeback in 2016?

Also this was the best AOA track of 2016 even if it was Japanese. They put a Korean version on their new album thankfully but it's the best song of the album as far as I'm concerned which is kinda sad, I was hoping for better for this first full album.

Of all groups they could rip off, Lovelyz? And those stylings, ughh. And I don't think the new girl that is not Chaekyung has a single line in the song (the ballet dance break is ok). She is taking Yena's place, which I belive, until this release, she wasn't even allowed to breath on the mic. She only gets to do an adlib and pretend to be singing the chorus, lol.

It has to be. I think people just don't care about the group, they are only there for Seolhyun. And if there is someone at fault for that is FNC. Also, the dating news has probably turned off plenty of people. Being on a comeback per year schedule si probably not helping either.

However I'm still surprised they aren't doing better (being out of the top 100 is brutal), maybe when they start doing promos things will get better?
