Yeah. It was a big show of faith giving him the F1. I can see him on match of the day once Gary decides he is done with it/retire.
I'm wondering if he'd fit well on A Question of Sport once Sue calls it a day, actually!

Things I never really realised about the Olympics until ours: There's a very definite 'lunch break' where many events stop to pick up again in the afternoon/evening.

Don't worry guys, Murray is going to choke in semis.

Helped by the BBC's excellent coverage as well.
I can't help feeling that the BBC deserves some recognition from the IOC. It's not just this Olympics; their coverage has always been superior, and I think they've done a lot to promote interest in the *entire* olympics, not just the major events with significant GB medal hopes. I'd be very curious to hear just how many countries have people who are dissatisfied with their local broadcaster's coverage and have in turn found a way to get the BBC feed.
Apparently the IOC gave them a better deal on continued TV coverage than they otherwise would precisely because of this
Women's semi-final in archery about to start![]()
The animation in the sailing is the most impressive graphic I've seen in the Olympics.
Finally I have a clue what is going on. If you haven't seen any yet, definitely give it a watch. Right now, the guys who are leaning right over the waves is mighty impressive.
Same.Shocking, for the first time this Olympics, there's nothing on that I actually want to watch until the cycling in a couple hours.

The BBC is one of the best things about the UK.
