I try not to dwell on Moemura too much as I largely just see her as an unfortunate but necessary larval form, which's probably not the right mindset to hold towards a character I like so much. On a relevant note, do something with that concept movie already. Or just ditch it and make another Homu-centric masterpiece.

My hero academia is getting nuts. I bet Deku will be able to use 20% as a base in the future after he gives it a run in this fight. His body will need to grow up a bit more to take advantage of the higher percentages. I wonder if there will be a time skip in the next 100 or so chapters.

Eeh. It would have been better if the protagonist wasn't a blackmailing dickhead. Story takes too long to actually move forward and the sex scenes are too vanilla, not to mention the incest.

I love how he has abundance of empathy to understand Eri's reaction to pain was a habit, saved her with a smile on his face, and then punched Overhaul quirkless while proclaiming nothing he ever done till now will be useless.
This in contrast to his quirk which involves precise bodily control and takes ages to master perfection.
By far my favorite hardworker in Shounen manga.

So uh yeah, quite entertaining. I feel like the manga could still work even without the sex part, but i guess that what make it entertaining
Caught up on Food Wars
Azami is awful. I like the direction they went with Tsukasa's personality, but supporting the whole only top class restaurants should be available is bad. Creativity vs conformity can be a good conflict, but it is implemented poorly here. And probably isn't a theme that should be applicable to the cooking/food industry on that scale. The Saiba flashback didn't help sell me on Azami's motivations either.
The Erina development had some nice scenes but she spends to much time petrified by her father for my liking, It would help if we got to see her have a real match, but that is definitely coming soon. Would like to see her beat Azami in a match, but I'm not sure how that would come about.
Kuga and Rindo are both great/hilarious. Hayama's betrayal wasn't exactly well executed.
Series hits a rough patch, but the fun character interactions keep it good enough for me. The current arc has been better. Megumi better not lose this...

Hmm, not really of one of Asano's better works, but I did enjoy this last chapter. The crying fan who told him how his work pulled her through tough times and that catching him off guard was interesting. Imagine a few depressed fans have reached out to him over the years.

The contrast between that scene and what the girl said was great. In the end she's the one hurting him for no reason.

It's always hilarious when the starting area enemies accidentally summon an endgame boss. I know the princess's viciousness shouldn't surprise me by now, but sticking a broken cup handle into the eyes of another girl still made me wince a little.

Eizan is also a jobber and someone has to win. I also can't see it beint another clean resistance sweep. Eizan is the most expendable member of Central though he does have his revenge beef with Soma so that's a point for him to stay around. I honestly can't tell if Megumi or Aldini is more expendable for the resistance, both characters the series pays lip service to them being strong and having grown a ton, yet neither really has a major win and are only here cause Rindou was being Rindou.

The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars 1
The end of the show gave me almost everything I wanted, except for 1 thing and well, this fix it right from the start with a cool kiss scene.
Pretty nice art all throughout the volume and the story set up isn't half bad.
It was also nice to see the coming out scenes with family and friends cheering and approving. Maybe a bit cheesy in a way but I approve of it, also because the drama for now seems focused on another aspect, mainly a misunderstanding that is sure to bring in a war between spirits and humans.
I did find it weird how it just came out that Katara was bi, and some past avatar was also bi.
Anyways, Turf Wars feels off to a great start and I recommend it to anyone who liked the Korra show and wants to see more of Korra and Asami.
