One Piece sort of just snuck its way back on the list after falling off.
The Promised Neverland is very good so that is great for it. Not sure if that's great for Black Clover though. I wonder how much the anime will boost BC.
It is funny to see Cross Account and the cancelled Hungry Marie outsell the latest Spring Weapon volume, which didn't even chart. I guess there is some reasoning behind it sticking around (not that I can figure it out).Manga Sales October 2nd - 8th (Jump Series had 5 days of sales) Text Version later
Hmm how often does a bad anime adaption boost a manga in sales. I can't remember an instance of that happeningThe Promised Neverland is very good so that is great for it. Not sure if that's great for Black Clover though. I wonder how much the anime will boost BC.

Promised Neverland has been outselling BC since Vol 4 (was even with Vol 3 first week sales), it grew into a monster quick and is eyeing Souma as its next target to overtake (gained around 30K extra between vol 4 and vol 5, and at vol 5 its 50k below Souma). Robot X Laserbeam Vol 2 is the most interesting thing on the chart for me, it's sales growth from Vol 1 is completely flat. Same amount of days both had on the market, neither weeks were a holiday week to affect the sales. Yet both vols debuted at 59K, I guess Robot x Laserbeam's Volume sales seem to be from previous Kuroko fans and Fujos rather then growing its own base.

Too spooky.

Black Clover was a fun popcorn read but it doesn't really hold up to Promised Neverland which is just a plan exciting thriller.
Black Clover feels alot like Fairy Tail in a bad way, and I don't mean the superficial magic-guild kinda stuff. Just kinda feels like they have to keep throwing together random enemy groups without much setup and just have them be beat and then have to scramble together some over-the-top reason for the next enemy group to be even stronger to the extent that it's really hard to tell what exactly the endgame they're going for is.

Well, everything worked out in the end. I wonder what the last 6 chapters are going to be about though.
Baby babies smex smexx everywhere.^_^
Well, I assume at least 1 chapter is going to be a chapter to show how everyone turned out in the future. Maybe the rest will just be gags and stuff. Which of course would be fine with me.

Is Tokyo Ghoul still an ongoing story?
Tokyo Ghoul is finished, yes. (14 volumes). However, its sequel, Tokyo Ghoul:re is still ongoing.
Seven Seas picked up Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs under the Ghost Ship imprint. It's also getting a stage even at Jump Festa, so Batdan may be right about it being the next jump anime.

.
Tokyo Ghoul.
Series is selling close to a million per volume. Sells better than most Shonen Jump manga. Anime really did help.
Tokyo Ghoul Root A actually helped the manga, that's sad.
Good for me because more merchandise and Tokyo Ghoul stuff.
I'm guessing Tokyo Ghoul: RE is going to be adapted.
the Boxing is awesome!
Saotome is a great mix of all these elements with an interesting story to boot.
Fuuka
I'm pretty sure this is the last arc. It's also Fuuka's "premature ejaculation is gum disease" moment.
This chapter involves Iwami telling Nachi about her unrequited feelings for Yuu; meanwhile, he's trying to have a conversation about how she is wasting all of their toilet paper (...). For some insane reason he thinks she understands this and that her entire dialogue is talking about taking a shit and posting pictures of her poop on Twitter and he never clears this up. Somehow this ends up with her accepting his confession and he doesn't correct her because he apparently accidentally ended up with a cute girlfriend.
Seo is tremendous.
randomly decided to start reading this and now I am hooked!
The romance is nice. The jokes are pretty funny.

I really enjoy the story and quirks for the characters of Black Clover. It's not entirely fresh, but it feels very fun. Sadly, the art feels a bit to stiff or crudely drawn for my taste. I expect I'll have nothing but praise for it as an anime.
