I think Tadokoro will move on, if only because she'll represent the compassionate part of the council. Soma of course, but it's good to see a competition where a loss doesn't mean that character disappears from the manga. Means there's always a chance for lessons to be learned.

Btw, I got a gut feeling too that Tadakoro won't make it past this round. I'd love her to, but it'll probably be a wake up call or something and have her growth get quicker. I hope I'm wrong though.

Also, we have yet to determine just how oblivious Soma is. Nikumi is the only person who actively wants the D and she doesn't really do anything other than blush a lot (which is typically invisible in most manga to the characters themselves).
I don't like either but if I had to choose, manga by a country mile.

I thought the Jormungand was a good anime experience, excellent detail to the guns and action and the soundtrack was pretty hot. And it did cover the whole manga.

Currently that Nikumi and former middle school girl like Soma but he is just oblivious to it
The Soma and Erina relationship is more like Erina acting like a child and whining about Soma and him dealing with it under a smile.... But you could tell he is most of the time annoyed with her as he usually raises his eyebrow in frustration and at times comments on how annoying she is when she leaves
Of course he still recognizes her cooking skills
Alice doesn't really care about relationships at all and won't be bothered with such nonsense

).but with the MC being a broken, unconventional, and somewhat laid back character in a place with usually some uptight, etc characters I can see him getting a following and the resulting "war" that comes from it (even a dude is in there for those fans)
