My understanding is that the magazine it was published in got cancelled sometime during middle 2011 and most of the manga serialized in it moved to Monthly Shounen Magazine Plus which is only published 3 times a year. However ever since the switch it seems that Vita Arcana disappeared from the table of contents of the new magazine. So I went through their series list and Vita Arcana was listed under this category

Maybe Google Translate is messing up but this is the list of completed series and I believe it's right since Sayonara Football is also listed there and I know that manga is completed.
