Are you suggesting there's a different purpose between TLRD and Doujins and H-manga/anime?
Sometimes I actually read his little yaoi reviews and as far as I can tell, they're like 90% super-generic yaoi plots with generic uke meeting a generic seme. Its kind of funny, even when he starts fantasizing about yaoi couples in regular shonen, it breaks down into traditional uke/seme relationships, e.g. Sasuke dominates Naruto.
