I don't know, that's what makes TLRD more bizarre than hentai. Why doesn't he just fuck all those willing girls? At least in Nisekoi, we can rationalize that he doesn't bang Onodera because they aren't actually together. Unless there's been a major reset, like half of the characters are perfectly willing to let Rito straight up have sex with them.

She's pretty much Onodera's clone complete with weird stringy looking hair with shitty, bratty parts of Chitoge's personality. Its like a worst case scenario.
