Prime Devon Aoki would have worked. But right now I can only think of Dichen Lachamn, and that's a bit of a stretch.
She's already been cast in the Marvel universe on Agents of SHIELD.
Tough order....Mirai Haneda or Jayden Lee, maybe? They've both played redheads, but the eyes might need contacts?

Very happy about this. Luke Cage is bringing in some very solid and talented actors. Mahershala was the best thing about the last season of House of Cards.

Totally up for Moon Knight. Spider-Woman would be neat too.
With the exception of Ultimate (where Jessica Drew was a female clone of Peter Parker), Spider-Woman is pretty much disconnected from Spider-Man beyond a name.
But... is that enough? Wouldn't she fall in line with Sony's deal? I know Marvel and Sony are playing nice right now, but their deal is very specific.

Not completely sure but I think Sony gave up the live action and animated TV rights to Marvel in 2009.

Moon Knight could be cool, and Punisher is pretty much inevitable at this point, but I don't really think there's enough meat behind Deathlok or Spider-Woman to really sustain a series.
Unless they completely drop the Agents of SHIELD version of the former and there's an actual interesting mythos to the latter that I've never seen.

Personally hate the design ...
They have pretty much gone as dark as they can with Deathlok on Agents of SHIELD. The dude already lost his leg, has half his face covered in burns, either got divorced or his wife died, and he never gets to see his son. He was also forced to kill countless people under threat of his robotic eye blowing up and was tortured in Strucker's lab. He also killed numerous neo-SHIELD agents when rescuing Coulson and Hunter. What more could they realistically do to go any darker? Besides, I thought he would be getting his own Caterpillars team. I call bull on this rumor, as neat as the other stuff would be to see.
What do you all think we are going to see for Defenders? Shadowland could be neat, especially if they could get Spider-Man and maybe a few of the Agents of SHIELD in on the action. And is it supposed to be coming out in early 2017 or late 2017?

These are rumored for Netflix. Something like Cloak and Dagger or even a Runaways would probably be ABC primetime or on another Disney property (cartoons, ABC Family, etc.)
really dont see it...They've already shown that a popular show will get a season 2, so there's no reason to line up more netflix shows. The only other possibility is if JJ and Iron Fist and Danny are all hits, then they'll do a Heroes for Hire show. But that still has them doing both Daredevil and H4H (not to mention the Defenders special). Adding four more shows on top of that just doesn't click, especially scheduling them so soon.
Perhaps someone in a Marvel office was spitballing other characterrs to develop a potential show around and these were the top four prospects.
