Sure wish I could start the PS3 download so that I could play this by next Tuesday.
Gah, i'm up to the casino part and i can't decide if i wanna pick Liara since she is my LI, or pick Wrex because... Wrex. Does Liara says anything special if she is your LI during that part?
Going to spoiler this to be safe. No plot details, just general info - not just about Miranda, but what to expect from all old cast members in a vague way.
- All your squad members that are alive and around whenever you do these string of missions appear throughout. There's a party scene that brings everyone together, so you get to see evreybody interacting.
- After it's over you can 'invite people over' and share private scenes with them - as a friend or otherwise - so you can spend private time with Miranda as a friend or a lover.
- There's sections where you can use old friend as squad mates.
- At the end you unlock a combat simulator. It lets you battle the enemies from multiplayer, including the Collectors, at different difficulties. The entire ME2 cast (save Thane and Legion, who will both be dead by this point) and Wrex are usable in here as squad mates whenever you like, in any combination. Their skill trees are all-new for ME3, redesigned, but are based off their skill sets in previous games. You can have a Wrex and Grunt team, for instance, despite neither being proper squad mates in this game.
The last point in particular is, I think, pretty awesome. The final mission of the game should've been like that.
Nothing special
Wrex is amazing for that part. Awesome DLC, cool set piecies, decent story yet amazing character moments.
So, I'm browsing vids on the DLC to get a feel for it, and I stumble across this Tali scene that presumably takes place after the main missions, so spoiler alert?
Absolutely incredibly cringe-worthy
Tearsare being shed.of laughter
There are not enough :lol smileys in the world.
Go dancing in the floor above.
The stuff with javik is fucking amazing lmao.

So I haven't bought ANY of the DLC for this game after beating it when it first came out. I'm not in the crowd that think the game is horrible (though I did not like how it ended), but it DID feel like the game ended. But hearing that this is the last DLC for the game, maybe I should go back and do a re-play. Any DLC that I could skip out on? I've heard Omega isnt' really needed in any capacity.
This is fucking creepy. This is in the archives part with the "Krogan attacking the Council" history part.

Played for about an hour. WREX FTW!! Very exciting expansion. I'm excited and sad at the same time; this is the last bit of Mass Effect for a long time after all.
HAHA, did anyone notice Glyph's "attire" for the party?
It's a little sad that this is the last bit of Mass Effect 3, but they went off on a high note, I think. Found myself just having fun and grinning like an idiot. I so badly want to jump back on with Bioware again, but we'll see. Overall, amazing DLC, especially after the lackluster Omega. I hope they release the soundtrack, too.
I LOVED finding Grunt (party spoilers).passed out in the shower, mumbling shit like "Salarians have wiggly arms" and "It was broken when I got here"
They really did a fantastic job on the dialogue.
Photo at the end got me all kinds of sentimental They really did leave it on a high note
Garrus romance dialogue:
I hung out in a lot of places last night - your upper body, your lower body, everywhere in between *.*
There is even a recording fromMordin left behind singing, so sad
HAHA and you get to investigate the "aftermath". So funny, everyone is struggling
Me, too! Gotta go through it with my default lookin' Femshep, and make some different choices along the way.Cool. Unlike all of you jaded ex-ME fans. I'm looking forward to play all the ME3 DLC on my 2nd playthrough.
The party was great. The writing team really came through and it shows. Even Javik was getting lively! It was funny going from "Quiet"=everyone thinking it's boring to
"Dance", and suddenly it's the best party on the Citadel. Fun to watch these guys interact with each other a lot, especiallyKasumi! Her popping up during the "abs convo" with Jacob was great, second would be the underwear scene.
And using all of your squadmates in the AAA combat training was the cherry on top. Great to useJack and Samara again.
That bit, by the way withMordin, hurt, though. Same with Thane. I wish we could've communicated more.
I'm so ANNOYED that my game glitched, sothe Kasumi quest wasn't done properly in my playthrough and thus she is counted as "dead" even though she is alive
Yeah, a really cool inclusion. Especially the Mirror Match.
I haven't found anything from the latter yet, did I miss it?
I asked the TV aloud, "Is that a joke?" Then got the appropriate response. =)EDIT:
EDI:Some neighbours came by to complain about the noise last night - I put them in the building incinerator
fweiuhnfwonfwe I cackled.
Hmm.You did Koylat's funeral, right? If so, you should be able to watch his messages on the big TV downstairs.
Hmm. I missed it. I swear I searched everything too. Weird.
I'm glad I got a final scene withGarrus. Very heartfelt. I don't know why I love him so much as a character.
OMG I am SCREAMING at that scene between Traynor and the Asari following the party.
So dramatic and over the top. Crazy stuff.
There's several hours of stuff to do AFTER the main quest, and I am surprised at how well done it is.
When Shepard says "KICK HER ASS" and the camera dramatically zooms in.
And Sheparddishing out the Asari shade - HAVE THE ASARI EVER EVEN WON A WAR?
