yes.Do you have a digital copy?
I have the disc too but you know, loading times. Is the freezing more prevalent when played digitally?

I've had mine freeze over 10 times now in the span of 100 hours.i wouldn't worry about it, I've had it freeze once over 250 hours of play time on the wii U
I've had exactly one freeze online in the middle of a loading screen, so that many freezes is unusual.I've had mine freeze over 10 times now in the span of 100 hours.
Never offline tho, always when playing online.
Hmm I wanna do my urgent with you guys but uhhh freezing happens randomly. Really no point if I d/c in the middle of it. Bit of a pinch
I've had more freezing in an actual hunt. Weee I'm destroying this Brachydios, then the screen freezes and it goes BZZZZZT. Can't do anything after so I have to force a shutdown.I've had exactly one freeze online in the middle of a loading screen, so that many freezes is unusual.
Is your game stored in the system's internal storage or on an external hard drive?

Internal.
All I can think of is that there's either something wrong with your downloaded copy or something wrong with your Wii U. You could try deleting the game (but not delete the save data, obviously) and re-download it to an external hard drive to see if that makes a difference. If crashes keep happening, I'd contact Nintendo customer service to see if they could fix it.I've had more freezing in an actual hunt. Yessir. Airflow is freaking terrible lols. I call it the shelf of doom because everything in it collect tons of dust fast. It's probably cooking itself as I type this. Only reason I keep it there cuz I don't have anywhere else to place it. I'll move it on the ground for now.Do you keep your Wii U in a drawer or something where airflow isn't good?
I played for literally 12 hours straight on saturday and never had a freeze and mine is digital stored internally as well.
yes.

The plan is that you're going to want to deliver normal lv. 3 at point-blank range to the head/belly or pierce shot down his face. The Arzuros Ace won't be able to crouch fire either of those, but I did find a couple of demonstration videos to give the general idea:Got few questions for HBG GAF:
Got few questions for HBG GAF:
So I've been farming to get the Helios ZZZXZ set (thanks to GAF for that bit of advice). Goldbeard was generous enough to give me plenty of fur and gems so now all I need is three Elder Dragonblood for the Helios Vambraces Z and two more Ceadeus Tails for the Helios Coil X. The main issue I'm having is despite my tail-breaking, I'm not getting tails from both species of Ceadeus. And each run took abut 25 minutes for me using my various Greatswords, which felt too long for farming. To shorten said kill time, I read that using the Heavy Bowguns makes the Ceadeus really easy to farm/kill, so I quickly slapped together this set based off of tips from GameFAQs:
-Arzuros Ace with Power Barrel and Limiter removed.
-Full set of Wroggi X armor gemmed for Evasion +1.
I've been using this against Ceadeus with some success despite my inexperience with bowguns and the fact that Wroggi armor is weak to water attacks. I don't die and Ceadeus constantly gets staggered/enraged constantly throughout the fight. I usually manage to break both his horns, his tail, and his beard by the time he dies. But killing him in this manner still takes around 25 minutes and I usually use up most of my Normal 3s and Popfishes.
So how can I kill Goldbeard faster? Should I go for a Pierce bowgun instead of Normal 3s? Is there a certain place I should be shooting other than his beard?
I spend a good chunk of time repositioning myself or chasing after Goldbeard as well, so is there a way to minimize that without getting a HBG so powerful that I can basically stunlock him?
What makes the Azure Rathalos armor so good for switch axes?
Is it just the insane affinity coupled with easy to get HG earplugs?
The best SA in the game is the L. Narga one and it already has purple sharpness. Of course the Dire Maralis armor gemmed with CE+3 is a very good choice as well
Doesn't that one have less over all damage than the Brisant Demolisher? But that one caps out at white so yeah that makes sense.
Man but slime is just so goooooood.
coupled with the affinity and criteye +3 I think gives the narga Swax more overall raw
Justified, because the difference between white and purple sharpness is huge (I think x1.3 and x1.5). I don't have a single set without S+1.Not having a +5 Handicraft charm is destroying any motivation I have of getting rid of this Helios armor.
Just too addicted to purple sharpness.
Alatreon too.Just wait till you can get razor sharp and sharpness+1 on the same set, you won't be able to go back after that either.
Only exception are L.narga weapons that already have purple I guess.
I cut off like 8 azure rathalos tails tonight and I got precisely ZERO TAILS.
Whyyyyyyyyyy
You're killing the high rank, right?

6 star guild quests are G Rank.Yeah I'm killing HR, the Azure Attack one I think it's a 6 star guild quest?
Oh well maybe all these wings and carapces will come in handy if I wanna switch to lances later...
Oh and why the hell don't rath ruby's wanna drop either ;__;
My luck is deadful tonight
6 star guild quests are G Rank.
However, Azure Attack is a 5 star quest and it's High Rank. Tail is a common carve from the tail itself, don't give up.
Edit: sorry, didn't see it's a old post
The whole point of the set is to dodge EVERYTHING. I can just eat vegetables for fire/ice resistance and get better at Evasion for the rest.Wiseblade, you using the Athena armor making app? It seems to me like you should be able to make a set with Constitution+2 like that.
edit: ouch, those elemental weaknesses. that looks dangerous!
I was able to whip up a Diablos X set with both along with Quick Sheath and Tremor Resistance using any 3 slot charm. Seems like it's made for Great Swords. Are there any armor sets that allow for Crit Draw and Focus to be easily gemmed in?
But still, you should check the app for any better options. The whole point of the set is to dodge EVERYTHING. I can just eat vegetables for fire/ice resistance and get better at Evasion for the rest.
That means not eating for Pyro, Bombardier or Specialist, so if I can make an armor with nice resistances, I definitely will. It also means eating for Defense + Defender High on top of already better elemental defenses, in the case of the harder monsters where you'd eat for fixing the element defenses to begin with.Does everyone really bother with element def? If you're really worried you can just eat for positive def.

I think it's more important for gunner armor, whose raw defense is so much lower and whose elemental resistance gets a little higher. It makes sense since elemental attacks tend to be ranged, so the ranged classes need better defense against them.Does everyone really bother with element def? High elemental defense makes taking the accidental Rathalos fireball to the face much less risky, in my experience. So I try to have sets that have both a decent mix of skills and also some non-terrible resistances to whatever I'm facing, if necessary. That also lets me eat for damage increases instead which is nice.
Well hmph! I'm terrible, okay!!That's why I said if you're REALLY worried. I mean I always solo ala easy with like -35 dragon and -25 or so thunder.
Lol sorry... I didn't mean it like thatWell hmph! I'm terrible, okay!!
