Naughty Dog Announces Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet

  • Its not even close to Hellblade 2 visually. However, HB is small areas and pretty limited at times. This is likely a more open action game. But at no point do the faces look like real life like they do in HB.
  • The trailer honestly didn't do anything for me. Nothing really happened.
  • I'm still interested because its a new IP. It seems playful finally and not so serious and overly dour. I'm sure they have lots of great ideas in store but they weren't shown in this trailer.

They even had the balls to show made by the creators of Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxter and Uncharted, yeah right we all know maybe like 3 persons remain from those teams stop the cap.

As someone who loved TLOU II…this ain't it. Main character design is awful. Marvel tier dialogue. So much potential with that setting and aesthetic too.

I will probably still play it for ND's god tier gameplay and production values, but I am disappointed right now.
 
The character thing will hopefully be a fart in church overreaction.

I'm mega interested in what ND can do with sci fi.

This and Squadron 42 may be my most hyped games.
 
There's nothing compelling in that 3 sec proto-gameplay in a brown empty environnement fighting with Cloud sword

EDIT: Given the brands logos the budget must be big.

and yes, it does look like it takes place in the same universe as Concord.

i hope the Internet Army makes talking about this game annoying as fuck.
 
Technically it looks good, the only thing is of course hidden advertising of brands...nscription Porsche on the starship in the back, this is absolutely necessary? It does not kill the serious perception of the trailer? The design of the main character, frankly speaking, does not matter if the character is well-written and interesting, here just considering who this game is from, another question arises what percentage of the agenda will be this design of the main character.
 
This was one of my favorite parts of this years Game Awards. Seeing garbage like this in a post-Concord world is just so fucking funny. I feel like an omniscient author watching the inevitable end of the poor characters.

I knew it was Naughty Dog once they showed the details on the character. That shit looked too good for it to be from somebody else. Plus the Sony logo was a dead giveaway, lol.

Ultra generic MC. We've circled back to bald space marines in a bad way.

And that action part and robot design looked meh.
