Irving deserves an MVP award too. Guy was born this series and that needs to be better recognized. I wish LeBron would've given him some more love. He was UNreal tonight.

TT is a class-act by the way. Always liked that guy.
Richard Jefferson is a 15-year guy who came here for a title and got it. So happy for him.
Danhtay Jones is on an $8k contract and won a title. He can afford Cleveland rent with that.

Lebron willed this team to victory. Like the definition of WILLED. That block was fucking insane! When you feel insecure about a fast break layup cuz of LEBRON trailing you like a great white shark. INSANE. I'm still in awe

I didn't think the Cavs had that great of a team. Irving and LeBron, and the rest. Warriors had much better team.

LeBron is now on a pedestal with the best. Those that didn't put him up there, well they probably just changed their minds.

Bill Russell's appearance tonight.

Yeah, he was snubbed by everyone on the stage. Kinda fucked up.

Kerr fucked up hard going back to Barnes X Festies to open the second half

Why the fuck did they try to dump the ball inside to Varajo in the 3rd, good god

Enjoy max Dwight Warriors, you'll need a center bad

Curry tarnished his rep and Lebron pretty much silenced critics all in the span of one night. For an MVP to be outplayed that poorly in the games that matter pretty much makes the season and the stats moot. People will compare to Brady, but Brady marched his team down and took the lead late in the 4th.

Nope

That Game 5 suspension was big. History shouldn't forget that and with Bogut getting injured in that game and having to rely on Ezeli to play center, that was enough to change the series. Ezeli cost them big time with his bad defense on Bron in that fourth quarter.

well historical comparisons are going to be debated

warriors 73-9 no ring

bulls 96 72-10 ring

The regular season record will still stand. 20 years from now when some other team goes for 74 wins they will be talking about passing the Warriors not the Bulls.

The GSW are poised to win or compete seriously the next 3 seasons if they play it right.

Curry was obviously hurt and they got cocky. This is a good learning experience for them.

no. you don't get to say this. both teams are carrying players with injuries into the final game of the NBA season. if you can play, it doesn't matter what you're carrying. it's not an excuse for disappearing in the final game.

Lacks the power of instantaneous movement
Also, nothing but respect for Curry and the Warriors. They are definitely a team I'd like to root for if they didn't happen to play my Cavs in the Finals. Good on you.

So. Damn. Happy.
They deserve no respect. Enjoy your championship man. They fought hard.

would agree here an they play as a team, cavs.. I still dont know how they won they looked so lost and had no idea what to do. They had some of the worse off balance shots and you always knew it would miss. GS passed and moved so much better but some three's did them in toward the end.

I had to go dark at 9:00 to avoid GoT spoilers, but holy shit I can't believe this just happened. Being a Cavs fan, I mentioned that I wasn't letting myself get excited as this series started, and had that looming sense of, "Here we are again" down 3-1.

That said I had a good feeling about tonight earlier today, but still tried to repress it. It felt great to let it all out now. I still don't know if I'm out of the shock phase yet though.

Yes. I thought Kyrie would get MVP, honestly. He's MVP in my mind. Hit the game-winning shot and put the team on his back in this game.
