Snagged one in Tampa. Looks like they're already out of stock.
NES Classic available on GameStop's website! But unfortunately only in bundles with other things. Cheapest bundle is $129.99.
It took a tip out, do I still need to leave an additional tip to the driver? Never used Prime Now before.

And none of them come with a second controller.
So Gamestop is inflating the price? From what I know that lamp is 35 on thinkgeek, the guide is 20 bucks at most, the system is 60, and the amiibo is 13.. for over 150?

That book is rad. I kind of want the paperback at least.
Nope.Local target showed 4 on brickseek but now they are gone. Store hasn't even opened yet. Should I still bother?

Same here as it's pretty much too late for holiday gifts and I got a pretty good deal for that Alienware at GameStop so that's going to be my main emulation station for the kids.I know for me I've completely lost interest. I'll eventually get one but I'm not in a rush. What a screw up by Nintendo.
Do we have any sale numbers on these things yet? The only sale data I saw was the first 4 days of japan being in the 250K range. Sorta curious how many they have manufactured so far.

That's not bad, it's only like $15 extra when you account for the cost of the extra stuff.Snagged this one, wanted the Amiibo anyways, lamp is cool might keep it or gift it to somebody

According to a friend at an Amazon warehouse:
"We have had them sitting on a pallet since last week. They like to sell things randomly lol"
I don't even understand from the business side. Once Christmas passes, there are a lot of casual gamers that won't have any interest in this. It would have made a perfect gift and it would have been great fun over the holidays. I think there are a bunch of people that won't care after the holiday novelty.
I've got some friends that work at one as well. I'll have to ask them if the situation is similar in their warehouse.According to a friend at an Amazon warehouse:

Maybe they are hoping it lasts beyond Christmas till the Switch comes out. Which don't see like it will.

oh please do, I would love to know if this is actually Nintendo actively trying to make an artificial demand
So, you're saying Amazon is in cahoots with Nintendo on the manufactured scarcity?

SMR will keep Nintendo in the public consciousness, I feel. Comes out tomorrow.
