Did I say It's always dipping? The fact that it dips after compensating to 1800p, VRS selective resolution drop even more, and no raytracing is just embarrassing.
I expect this same level of outrage when Spidy uses dynamic resolution or TI for performance mode. Especially if there is so much as one instance where an explosion or chaotic frame causes a stutter.
I haven't seen a Sony first-party title that successfully locks the frame rate throughout, that's very difficult to do on console. There is generally a second here or there where a target gets missed, I hope you keep your exacting standards the same across the board.
