Why are so many people hyped about ROR? Serious question.

I've never seen him play, so I'm basing everything on his point totals so far and this contract dispute. I can see absolutely no reason I'd want my team to trade anything of value for him.

He's like Stepan but with only 1 good season vs. Steps 2, and apparently some mental issues.

Assuming you're talking about Ryan O'Reilly he's one of the top defensive forwards in the league. He was our PK backbone (McClement too) and our faceoff guy. Last year he really picked up his offensive game and was very impressive both offensively and defensively. We are much worse off without him on roster.

Future Selke winner if you watch him, 55 points while playing amazing defensivly as a 21 year old. He took over Duschene and Stasnys spot as the #1 center.

Lots of up and down action in the Wings game, but I've never seen so many Wings players fall down and mis-play the puck in such a short amount of time in my life. It's like the ice is super crappy, but that can't be since it's freezing there in Detroit now.

As others have said, giving the black guy a black jersey of the only black player on the team seems to be a really weird decision.

It's pretty hard to admit this, but I kinda like the Debbies sometimes. Big Brodeur fan, like the team's work ethic, etc.

At the very least I'm definitely cheering for them when they play the Pens, Flyers, or Isles.

Rumor has it the game's gonna be canceled tonight. Probably the right move for the ticketholders, but a bummer for those of us looking forward to watching at home.
