My game with Denog was probably one of the best games I have ever participated in. Maybe even better than my superbowls, maybe... Anyway the game was going back and forth and it came down to the final seconds. The ending of the game made me run around in my small ass apartment as I could barely believe what just took place. I actually checked the final score before posting, just to make sure I won.

One of my newest additions Ed Dickson gives the Broncos the lead, 24-21, with less than 1 minute left in the 3rd quarter.

After a FG to extend the my lead to 27-21, I end up giving up a 97 yard TD kick return that physically deflated me. But I still have a chance since I had 1 minute and all my timeouts and its only 27-28.

My optimism is quickly met with a punch to the gut as Royal untimely fumbles the ensuing kick return. It causes me to creep off my couch and stare at the ground as I jam the back button to get the ball back.

I ultimately get the ball with 20 seconds left in the 4h quarter and somehow get within hail mary distance. With 8 seconds on the clock I call a hail mary and miraculously Eric Decker catches the ball and forces his way into the endzone to give the Broncos the win, with the final score of 34-31.

Edit: So glad you didn't trade the game in Denog. Though, sorry you had to come out on the losing end. Too many up and downs in that game.

damn i would have probably punched a hole in the TV if i lost like that. tough break denogg :/

can't remember the last league game that was won on a hail mary like that!

The thing is I actually felt like quitting after my team fumbled on the kick return. I was so defeated that I just used gameflow on my last defensive plays. Luckily for me the cpu didn't give up a TD.

So early on in the USC game, they were talking about how some dude (I don't even remember who) on one of the teams won a Madden tournament with the Raiders. The announcers kind of scoffed at this idea, and I went "what do they know? the Raiders are elite in Madden!".

Shouldn't we do just 1 round? I don't know how many guys are on the FA list but with injuries back on I suspect some guys may run into depth trouble, it would be good to have a decent pool of guys available. They won't be high rated but will at least be bodies we can use.

We need to advance on Wednesday 9pm to get back on track! And the deadline for this week should be 9pm today because we only got a 1 day extension. We better not go back to the old days of no set schedule.

gg Nightz. Back and forth all game long. I thought I had a good chance to preserve that late lead and then Rasean Mathis, whom I specifically traded to better cover receivers, tips the ball directly into Nannee's hands! :lol

Bradford and SJax come through in the clutch. Surprised you didn't run Matthews a little more, dude is a beast (in Madden).

GG. That was actually VJax who got the tipped pass, but I went nuts when he caught it. :lol

It seems Madden hates Ryan Mathews. This must have been the third time where he's busted a big run for a TD and the game disconnected...only to be kept in check on the re-play. :(

What's the word with Lonestar/CPU Ravens and Somnia/Miguel?

I would like to see an advance early because Somnia is going on vacation Tuesday and has a full day of work tomorrow then NBA2k11 Midnight Launch tomorrow. It would be great to get it in today. DCX will be subbing for him until he gets back but I would hate to play a sub in a divisional game.
