Hitting Tracer with Hanzo's arrows in close range is the most satisfying thing ever, lol.

You are the bane of my existence.

Everytime i get remotely close to Hanzos they just start whailing arrows at me and a lot of the time they hit me with one and i die. Not to mention scattershot on the floor.

I really hate Hanzo on console

Had to go back to using my mouse Wirelessly which I haven't done now for at least 3-4 years so I'm glad it still works.

Now, the DPI seemed off when wireless.

Those of you that main Widow, what DPI do you do?

I went from 3000 (default) to 2400 and that helped, a lot. Going to try 2200 tomorrow.
1k DPI 7 Sens.

I know this is gonna be a tired question but is the game worth it if I have nobody to play with? I want a multiplayer shooter so bad and the last one I got into was Titan fall so I'm really due for a new one lol.

I have 0 people on my blizzard.net account and I've only played pubs. Haven't really had too many bad games but I'm not super serious about it anyway. I don't drop from games - I stay until the bitter end no matter what.

Earlier tonight as Hanzo I went one-on-one with a Roadhog and ended up winning. That was probably the most satisfying thing I've ever done with Hanzo - dodged two hooks and killed him even with one of his heals.

So I wanna get a d.va skin.

Should I get scavenger or junebug?

I think Scavenger is cursed... I spent my first 1000g on it and the next day got it in a loot box.

Since then, 4/5 D.Vas I've seen are using Scavenger, making me question my decision even more.

Both are great, though. Listen to your heart at the end of the day!

I don't play many first person shooters. The last one I played this much was Titanfall. I think you'll like it. There's so much variety in this game.

I don't get how matchmaking is matching me against people of my own skill because I'm level 29 and it keeps matching me against prestige players. Believe you me, it's no fun.

The only reason that ever makes sense is low pop count at your group level (That's how we got matched up with these murderers) forcing matchmaking to send you to a match rather than wait for a better match.

Maybe Blizzard should start giving a difficulty bonus to matches where MMR knows you're about to get shit on.

It is extremely annoying when you try to join someone's match and it throws you on the team against them.

None of my friends play this but I've played with a load of people from GAF and it's always been really good fun.

Had a fun game on Mercy tonight with a team that's obviously been playing for a long time. I'm lvl 15 and everyone else was double prestiged. =p Had a Lucio to team up with so heals and speed were disgusting. Ham Reinhardt was silly. Still, it was nice playing with far more organized people that stuck together unless obviously goofing around. Actually won some matches for a change which was a nice change of pace from games where everyone goes one-by-one into the meat grinder, or somehow think a team with no tanks is perfectly viable for payload escorts.

Also had a defense match in Egypt which was just ridiculous. Had a Symettra and Lucio on the team already, so went Torb. Reinhardt hunkered down at the stone gate, had a Bastion near the bridge, I put down a turret and Symettra 6 more on the reverse side of the choke point. It was good for a laugh as everything just melted as people passed through there. =p

Lol was playing a Hamaura match where I got a quad kill as Soilder with my ult on the final point got the acheivement and in my excitement emoted like a moron. A potshotting hanzo got me and jumped down on the point to prevent it from getting that ting bit more we needed. Unfortunately the group was slow to react to his prescence and got directly ulted by him, I'm not entirely sure if me surving would have made a difference. I think we could have gotten the match later but people stopped grouping up and going in, had a guy talking about the Bastion in the corner but I was the only one attempting to attack him so they put Hanzo up their as extra defense. Not sure why seasoned people are still ignoring Bastion.

Kaplan is rightfully getting a lot of praise for his communication with the player base, but ignoring console players at every turn is getting ridiculous.

At the very least tell us when we can expect stuff relative to PC.

Well earliest is probably competitive play patch which will be whenever Sony and Microsoft say okay after the end of the month.

Overwatch needs a "stop being so scared and GET NEAR THE PAYLOAD" voice emote.

Or maybe they need to do a force tutorial on staying near the payload when time is running out. Cause it's obvious 80% of players still don't understand this.

Do some people think that once the payload starts moving it will always keep moving? Because I have been in plenty of matches where once it starts to move everyone runs off and I have to stay there on my own to move the damn thing.

Edit: I saw some messages above regarding DPI.

A question not specifically related to Overwatch. What differences (if any) are there between:

1) High DPI but low in-game sensitivity
2) Low DPI but high in-game sensitivity

Think it's time for me to give up on nailing 4 kills with D.Va exploding mech and McCree's high noon. Everyone and their mom is well too aware of these. Should have focused on these two at launch.

If 5 people have already picked a class and there's no healer I swear it's some kind of inside joke that the last person has to go Reaper, because it happens every single time... lol

Noticing in a lot of my matches that people don't seem to expect Mercy to actually start shooting at them. Been more than a few cases where folks seem to pause baffled for a sec when I switch guns for a few pot shots when I don't need to heal or boost damage. =p

played a few good games last night and had a couple of thoughts.

do symmetras turrets really need to glow? as soon as they start firing, the noise is unmistakable, and they go down so easily that a fart could take one out.

also, melee is underrated, anyone else use it a lot? i got a good handful of kills yesterday from throwing in a melee hit when it was time to reload. i also landed a close up jump-around beatdown on a hugely confused hanzo, and mindfucked a rein by running straight through his shield to punch his low-health self in the face. no one ever seems to melee me though.

I melee a lot as tracer. Great for finishing someone off after you've emptied your clip.

The only thing that bugs me is Symmetra's gun sounds exactly like her turret which can be really confusing when you're being hit sometimes.

Play in a GaF game. There are a few people that are pretty handy with Zarya and with her Ult it should be pretty easy.

Gotta co-ordinate with a team! Zarya's or Mei's ult have what you need.

Otherwise, just keep flinging those mekas. Over stuff...under stuff...from the back... Whatever angle you approach from, make sure you're cooking it with the boosters. Gives them less chance to hear the "Nerf this!" soundbyte and get out of the way.
