Drama is a subjective terms. Sending 3/4 tweets as a single user to raise a complaint to a more public space isn't an invalid or over-the-top tactic imo. Especially if you want a replacement.I could understand the drama, if Sony or the company that is shipping those products were denying a replacement or refund.
But this is just drama for the sake of drama.
