I don't know if this was mentioned, but Newsweek did put out both covers earlier.

I've always been an NBC guy myself. Might hit up CNN though. Gonna get up, go vote, go to work, then come home and prepare to feast all night. Definitely gonna call out Wednesday if I can.

Since I've cut cable since 2014, I'll be watching NBC's stuff starting at 5pm mountain time. Might cut in over to fox depending who's on. I would love if they had Hannity on their panel to watch the meltdown live.

Legendary levels of ineptitude.

The party will never let something like this happen again. I imagine they'll have the equivalent of super delegates come 2020.

How is that even going to help the GOP? Think of how salty Bernie fans were over super-delegates when he wasn't even winning in pledged delegates. Now think of how angry unbalanced gun-toting deplorables will get if super-delegates actually tip the nomination to an establishment candidate.

is CNN's stream free tomorrow?

I have an antenna but whenever a car drives by the single stutters for a second and can be annoying ha. If CNN is streaming free all day I'll probably throw that on.

If you go on youtube and just search CNN live there will be CNN streams up. There's an MSNBC one that goes up as well, but that one get taken down pretty regularly.

Detroit Free Press said:
A political science study that appeared in the Journal of Politics in 2007 found that for every inch of rain above the average for the day, the Republican presidential candidate received roughly an extra 2.5% of the vote. One of the researchers involved in the original report, Thomas Hansford of the University of California-Merced, told USA Today that he believes the findings remain valid even today.

From an article in the Detroit Free Press about how showers in the forecast may affect voting tomorrow.

There was also an Opinion Savvy poll today that had him down 2 in Florida. We've suspected it for awhile but I think they really are just rolling with public polls which is hysterical.

They are using public polls which is likely. I don't know how Fox News got the leak, but if it's an internal leak from Trump's own campaign. I would bet that they are just taking some public polls and just assuming that how the states are now judging by the polls. If it was truly their own polls they wouldn't have anyone know.

I don't think it will be that cut and dry. You have pundits like Hannity and Limbaugh vowing to blame a Trump loss on the "establishment Republicans" not getting behind him. They can't fathom the thought that Trump was just a terrible candidate. And it's those pundits who have pretty must taken the wheel of the Republican Party. They control the base, and they could very well just keep going down the crazy rabbit hole.

I'm still not totally convinced that Trump doesn't try again in 2020.

what is PoliGAF's Election Day game plan?

Besides the normal network coverage, I guess votecastr.us seems like it's getting a lot of hype? So they've predicted past elections w/ their methodology accurately but this is the first time they'll share the data publicly during an election?
I plan on playing a lot of Hearts of Iron IV, drinking heavily and refreshing PoliGAF and CNN every three minutes.

Senate Predictions?

Senate: 46 Dem / 46 Rep

Wisconsin (Dem / Rep)
Pennsylvania (Dem / Rep)
Nevada (Dem / Rep)
New Hampshire (Dem / Rep)
Indiana (Dem / Rep)
Missouri (Dem / Rep)
North Carolina (Dem / Rep)
Florida (Dem / Rep)

Bruh, bruh, you see these FL voting numbers?

This big sack of nothing is beating Marco Rubio. When they call the race for Murphy, I will laugh and laugh and laugh.

And laugh.

I've been on the scrub train since day 1. It's been obvious for weeks that this cycle's polling is missing A LOT of voters here in Floriduh.

Queen is gonna have to drag Murphy's ass, but he looks pretty svelte

play video games and watch movies all day, ignore all news media, visit this page at 12:00 AM ET exactly, and, if president-elect is not listed under her picture, drink myself to sleep.

I'm looking forward to Rubio being set free so that he can get all the water he needs.

If you ask me about North Carolina 5 minutes from now, I might change my mind. It really seems like the GOP's voter suppression efforts might pay dividends there, especially for the Senate race.

Anyone see the documentary the choice? Facinating docu about trump and clinton. They speculate that trump decided to run For president when Obama roasted him in 2012

If the Clinton campaign was actually sitting on tapes of Trump saying shit and the media was unwilling to pull the trigger, why didn't they just post the audio on some anonymous YouTube channel and then have another random account tweet it out to get people to watch it? Get the media to cover it forcibly. I'll never understand not unloading EVERYTHING on Trump this cycle.

Why don't networks use more representational, or Electoral-college accurate maps like these? They're way better at showing the power of states and their EV. The standard map makes it look like most of the country is red, when it's not.

Cause those maps look dumb and actually don't organize information in any better way than the normal maps that they use.

So on edge today. Getting the physical effects of stress. Unfortunately there is only one outcome that will fix this.

Pretty much every poll has Hillary winning now( besides LAtimes) including IBD/TIPP. It is + 2.9 right now.

Interesting thing with the IBD

Zeitgeist (Likely To Win) Clinton Trump Too Close
Overall 44% 24% 26%
Democrats 78% 3% 16%
Republicans 17% 49% 32%
Independents 40% 20% 29%
17% of republicans and 40% of independents think Clinton will win.

Wonder if that translates to a bandwagon in the polling booth

Of course. You don't want to tempt the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing.
"No. Not now. Not ever. Do you hear me? I will use every cannon, every bomb, every bullet, every weapon I have down to my own eyeteeth to end you. I swear it! I'm coming for all of you!"
