Well-played, Donald. Well-played. No matter what happens tonight, he'll have a combo-breaker tomorrow, going into the weekend.

Hillary, you taking notes? There's one counter-move to this: announce your own the-day-after-debate announcement events before Trump does. And make sure to deliver at those events.

Ever since that Jimmy Kimmel sketch all I can think of if you changed the lyrics to the most famous song:

America was having trouble
What a sad, sad story
Needed a new leader to restore
Its former glory

Where oh where was he?
Where could that man be?
We looked around and then we found
The man for you and me and now it's

Springtime for Trump and America
The US is happy and gay
We're marching to a faster pace
Look out, here comes the racist party

Springtime for Trump and America
Winter for Democrats and minorities
Springtime for Trump and America
Come on, Americans, go into your dance
Carson endorsement does not mean anything.
He was the most liked of the Republicans running. Would have to search for the source but I did see it multiple times.

The Internet in Romania is fast because 7 people have it.

Seriously, the country is pretty poor still after being ruined by "socialism.". Don't think it's the best thing to being up.

One day soon I'll visit where my family is from and return to my vampiric roots. Glad to hear my Internet will be fast!!!

Seperate note, can I get some laptop help? What do y'all think of this one. http://m.costco.com/Lenovo-Ideapad-100-Laptop-|-Intel-Core-i5.product.100239391.html

I don't game on my laptop. I mostly browse, watch videos, do work and Ms office stuff. I do want windows 10. Not looking to spend a lot but I don't want buy old shit that is far outdated too soon.

Is it a good deal?

This is the exact same laptop in terms of cpu, battery life and screen size and resolution, and it's a hundred dollars cheaper. The tradeoff is its 500 gbs of hard drive space instead of one terabyte, and 4 gigs of ram instead of six. 6 gigs will make no difference in your day to day computer usage unless you want to do heavy video editing, and what do you need one terabyte of space on a laptop you wont be gaming with? Think if those additions are worth the extra $100 to you

Eehhhh not really.

He's not my type, but I find myself fascinated by what he says. In an ideal world, he'd be the candidate. He's not. Instead, we'll go with the 70 year old running for his first term. Because....reasons.

The difference in reactions in this thread between that pic of the girl asking hills to take it down and the dude berning bern is quite interesting, if unexpected.

Carson is a pretty vindictive dude from beyond the metaphorical grave (and maybe even the literal grave because he could just be a corpse propped up by a couple of ventriloquists). Trying to get at Cruz for those "Carson is dropping out" hijinks.

Carson choosing to endorse right after Trump had several events of violence at his rallies sure is something. "Trump's campaign manager just assaulted a female journalist and then drug her name through the mud? I know who I want to endorse now!"

so he gets to put the kkk and the white supremacist stuff to bed now, right? He can come out and say look, I have a black guy endorsing me!

Cruz and Rubio say Trump keep dragging them into the mud, but guaranteed their first 2-3 sentences will be talking shit to Trump straight off the bat. Then the whole debate will devolve again.

Kasich is a big fat mess. He hasn't won anything. His whole hopes for winning the candidacy relies on there being a brokered convention and hoping the RNC fucks over Drumpf.

At this point, Kasich would have to hope the RNC fucks Cruz over too. Kasich is the 3rd string.

Carson endorsement does not mean anything.

In voting terms, I don't think it'll matter that much, but it does cover Trump in the media over the weekend. A bad debate performance tonight will only last less than a day before we get "Will Carson's Voters Tip the Balance?" articles.

Agreed. He'd also be a shitty VP. Yes, he might be able.to deliver OH, but that's it. He has no fight or fire in him and cannot play the attack dog role everywhere else.

But that's like, the election.

Besides, if Trump is President it will be an all-Trump show no matter who the VP is.

Yeah, and put the extra money into an ssd.

I believe that Trump would beat Hillary in Florida.

If Kasich actually could carry Ohio even from the bottom of the ticket, it would be a dangerous combination.

I bought a laptop with nearly identical specs from Best Buy for $399.99. It was on sale, though. Same processor and RAM. Works great for what I need it for. I'd say that's a pretty good deal.

Yeah, I've put in the same specs at best buy, Amazon, staples, Newegg etc and I think this is the best deal for those specs. Plus costco return policy and cash back is ace.

@Black Mamba

The laptop specs are great except the HDD, unless you need the space a SSD will give you a nice boost.
You could always buy a 3D NAND SSD from Samsung for a reasonable price.

Yeah, I don't care too much for getting ssd.

Amazon has it too.

The hdd is less important. I have 100 gb of music and pictures, so 500gb is enough.

I guess I looked at 6gb RAM just cuz I don't want my laptop being slow in 3 years after numerous windows and browser updates.

Man I'm so behind on things. 15 years ago I assembled my own pc. Today I'm like "Oh, what are normal specs???"

Getting older, man.

Still, if dell didn't solder on my gpu I'd just change that. Alas.

Yeah, and put the extra money into an ssd.

Honest question, what's the tangible benefit of me getting an ssd? I know what they are and the differences, just want to know why it's worth it?

Boot up time isn't an issue. I backup my stuff. I take good care of my stuff (the laptop that died was like 8 years old!).

I'm out of the loop as they say, so I'm asking to educate myself.

They should have kept the Carson endorsement secret in case he needs to change a news cycle again.

Cruz is basically telling people at rallies that Trump supporters are idiots by saying it's primarily low income workers. That is sure to go over well.

So the establishment is trying to draft a new hero to run third party against Trump:

Condoleezza Rice.

A group of Republican donors and strategists has been working to persuade former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to make an independent bid for president, according to a memo outlining the plan obtained by POLITICO Florida.

The group has grown increasingly dissatisfied with New York billionaire Donald Trump, the Republican front-runner who has roiled the party’s establishment as he has surged ahead in the polls.

“The reality of the the matter is that we will have President Trump or President Clinton — if we don’t have President Rice,” read the memo, which was written by Joel Searby, a consultant with Florida-based GOP firm Data Targeting.

POLITICO reported last month about a memo that a group of donors was working on with Data Targeting to look at the viability of a third-party run amid Trump’s ascent. The newest memo, sent Thursday, is an update on the firm’s work.

“We have been in touch with Dr. Rice through her chief of staff,” read the plan, which is stamped “confidential.” “She is reluctant at this stage. We are asking for anyone wanting to assist to encourage her to run.”
