DUDE, get a clue! MULTIPLATFORM MY ASS! 360 PORT! There is no way in hell this going to happen to LA NOIRE or Infamous 2. Mark my words when those hit you will see what open world can do on the PS3 from the ground up.

R$ just got done saying how much they learned on the PS3 and how much they improved from old times. What? because Gay Tony has its blur filter taken off? YAY!!!!!!!!!

That doesn't say anything about where this engine actually came from. You cannot turn your **** into gold. And we ALL know that the PS3 should be the master system for Open World. I love the 360 but I know it has drawbacks on the CPU side and for these types of games a powerful, maverick CPU like the CELL should be kicking ass and taking names.

Honestly, I think we'll see a lot more multiplayer activity this time around - Mainly because there's a lot more focus and attention from Rockstar's side, a deeper system for ranks, joining and teaming up.

That's just my guess.

What system did you get GTA:IV i've got the 360 version, and it's MP modes are even now still very busy.

Yeah the Posse aspect seems to have a lot of people interested. All of the comments on RDR articles have people spamming their Posse website/Posse name/etc. The MP videos certainly helped get people excited for it.

As I said before, I am happy for 360 owners (mine broke and I refuse to buy another) but this IS NOT ABOUT THAT. These guys are basically all we have for OPEN WORLD story based games and as such they have obviously shown they have no clue what they are doing. All THEY are doing mark my words is taking 360 code and porting. There is no ground up ARE YOU KIDDING. What Naughty Dog could do with something like this would be startling. We will never see that, though, will we. Happy 360 day. If you own a PS3 why support this? They clearly have enough manpower to develop all this on the PS3 without a port and then go to the 360 as each version is basically the same with benefits for the SPU's and Bluray and maybe some transparencies or whatever on the 360. Doesn't make sense to me. Their PS3 team is OBVIOUSLY just a porting team and there is only so much you can do with this engine.

Don't worry, I'm sure the PS3 version of Agent will be the best.

And, REALLY dude, I don't think you know anything about engines. RAGE does nothing special but render an Open World. I fully Expect Infamous 2 to be even stronger than what we got going here if they get their texture streaming right. RAGE cannot do water as well as other engines, is not maxed for streaming, has fairly terrible texture res from a distance and up close, doesn't do facial animation very well, etc. I guess you can put Euphoria in that boat, too. Do I have to mention dithering. There are all kinds of problems with RAGE. The real PROBLEM is that it is the only engine and it was built for one console which has a ton of drawbacks.

It's your (in general, not you you) own fault if you didn't use the previous PS3 RAGE engine games as a hint that this'll be sub-HD too. My guess is the engine will be the BoGT revision (that is, 640p). People just need to suck it up, like me . Heck, I manage to play Bayonetta on the PS3!

I suspect that's only at top speed, and besides, motion blur looks like trash in still picture. Hence, motion blur.

The only times I don't enjoy motion blur is at sub-HD resolutions, where the blur just looks like ghosting instead.
