It has fun physics/dynamic fire puzzles. Combat is really unique and allows for a lot of options. Game can be insanely janky and creates genuine laughs. The focus on trying to create a videogame version of a big-budget TV show also leads to laughter. I know it sounds dumb but the game really tries to emulate a Half-Life 2 style experience and it works surprisingly well in a janky way. I'd post some clips from my twitch/youtube but I don't want to expose my shitty channels in a thread this big.I would like to see you defend Alone in the Dark Inferno.
Also, if things get too frustrating, just go to the menu and skip to the next checkpoint (DVD menu style system).
I can't speak to the 360 version, Inferno got some extra TLC. I'm actually in the middle of doing a platinum run, it's really easy and has been fun but I've been side tracked by VR.
