Because I play tennis on a decent level and I change tension maybe after six matches and some training, they do it after three games

Not just tension, but after a time the strings don't give you as much spin as when they're fresh. The strings wear against each other, increasing friction and that loses spin.

Nadal is a particularly bad opponent for Sock regardless. Sock has no backhand, Nadal specialises in cross-court forehand to backhand exchanges. It was never going to go well. Honestly, there's no easy way of telling how good Nadal's form is. He's played 3 players outside the top 100 and a perfect match-up.
