I totally called them dropping Quantum.

They're still out there as an option for future films, but I think it's wise to make it clear that Bond deals with other threats as well.

The synopsis sounds fucking incredible - I'm glad they're still keeping it personal, but in a new way instead of continuing the Vesper plot (which has been pretty neatly tied up at this point). I totally agree that Fiennes is almost certainly a villain, but I dunno about Blofeld specifically.

Maybe he'll be super charming and debonair in Skyfall. Craig's Bond films didn't start out with him being a super sweet spy who knows his stuff and refrains from falling in love with government workers. Story-wise, he's past that now, so maybe in Skyfall his personality will be more to your liking.

Either way, Craig's an awesome Bond and an awesome actor.

Judi Dench will undoubtedly bow out when Craig does. I'd love to see them go back to a man after that. I LOVE the pseudo-family dynamic between her M and Craig's Bond, but I also loved the Bernard Lee style of a sterner M.
