Well, this explains the lizard man thing...
Funny enough, in the comics Flash actually becomes the new Venom.

Can't wait for the MCU to fulfill that with their Flash..Funny enough, in the comics Flash actually becomes the new Venom.
Another look at Green Goblin
Damn, super hero fatigue at full effect right here.
I've read/seen some reviews and although there is hints of MCU in there it apparently is more like previous Spider-Man films rather then the past MCU one.SO the people who hate the MCU Spider-Man will LOVE where this leaves Spider-Man 4:
At the end of the movie NO ONE remembers Peter Parker. Not Doctor Strange, not MJ, Ned, Happy. People remember Spider-Man but no one knows Peter.
He's by himself, has a cheap apartment, and makes a classic red & blue suit that has no connection to Tony Stark:
Full review hereBasically, this is the Tom Holland Spider-Man movie that feels most like the previous Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield installments. Director Jon Watts deals with real consequences, a darker tone in general and a recognizable New York setting (with a few Marvel Cinematic Universe touches). In other words, the third Holland entry truly makes up for the filler that was Spider-Man: Far From Home.
It’s a huge misdirection though.Damn just saw the leaked dr strange trailer looks awesome.
out of 10?just got back from watching it i liked
mhhhhh 8 ?out of 10?
Yessss.Just saw it.
What did i miss?Yup. The Venom thing is going to piss people off.
Just saw it.

Seems like the opposite to me, doesnt that suggest the MCU will have its own Venom, I dont want the Sony one in the MCU (hated those films so far)Yup. The Venom thing is going to piss people off.
Here's the Venom redits scene (without audio)
Again, this is going to piss people off after the Venom 2 credit scene that made them think you would see Tom Hardy meeting Tom Holland.
The scene is just Eddie in a bar (drunk) talking to the bartender about all the superheroes in this universe, they talk about Iron Man, Hulk (and Venom says "and you thought Lethal Protector was a dumb name"), and then they start referencing Thanos. Eddie talks about how aliens don't like stones and the bartender basically says he's an asshole because his family vanished for 5 years. Then they get sucked back to their universe and a tiny piece of the symbiote is left on the bar.
Kevin Feige when he saw the Venom 2 credit scene and the Sony Venom getting sent to the MCU:
Seems like the opposite to me, doesnt that suggest the MCU will have its own Venom, I dont want the Sony one in the MCU (hated those films so far)
I dont know if its rules it out but it seems it wont be the next movie. Next movie will be Holland and the symbyote.
yeah but he said "i think we should pay a visit to that guy"
I really don't think it rules it out in any capacity. They are just setting up for it.Yea but people were hyping themselves up for a Tom Hardy/Tom Holland showdown. That's not happening based on this.
Which is a bit dumb of them since Eddy/the Symbiont has no beef with Spider-Man in the Venom movies. They'd have to come up with something that will probably feel very forced to have Venom and Spider-Man duke it out without any prior setup in other movies.Yea but people were hyping themselves up for a Tom Hardy/Tom Holland showdown. That's not happening based on this.

Its comic book logic. How does it not rule it out? The scene literally shows them being sucked back to their universe after the end of the movie where Doctor Strange sends everyone who shouldn't be there home. They're not in the MCU anymore.
Its comic book logic.Them being sucked into their own universe doesn't mean they can't get back to Sony's/Spidermans. Theres really no rules in this universe.
They're in Sony's Universe. They're not in the MCU. Spider-Man exists in the MCU not Sony's universe of villains.
It's obvious the whole purpose of the Venom 2 credit scene was to get the symbiote in the MCU so they can do the traditional black suit story before doing a MCU Venom.
But your posts in this thread are proof that it's going to piss people off because they got their mind set on the scene setting up a Hardy/Holland face off in the MCU.
Indeed, this multiverse thing means anything can be anything in the infinity of multiverses. If mishandled, it can easily ruin any stakes of those movies. Its comic book logic.Them being sucked into their own universe doesn't mean they can't get back to Sony's/Spidermans. Theres really no rules in this universe.
Again, I dont see how that somehow rules out that Venom/brock/tom hardy can't still cross. The symbyote expressed knowing about the multiverses in general and the symbyote has abilities to create dimensions.
Its in venoms power-set to cross dimensions.
Average means a 5/10?Soooo that was average, at best.
The only thing that save the movie for me is indeed Tobey and Andrew. Without them the movie would be a 3/10.
It's crazy because that's exactly how I pictured the film, with stupid humor, badly handled story and little to no real camera work (except that sequence shot at the beginning).
And Ned... Ooooooh Ned... The Ancient One should have hired him to be the Supreme Sorcerer.
"I have been told that magic is present in my family". Fuckin' LOL.
Spidey vs Strange LMAO:
"If I shoot like this and like that, hang that with that, and cross my webs like that, it'll do... that! And poof! Strange beaten!"
Venom in... and out! Ok, I guess there's another Eddie Brock in the MCU that's gonna get that small piece of Symbiote.
There are just too many things that I don't like and/or don't make sense. But of course it's gonna be the BEST MARVEL MOVIE EVER MADE OMG IT'S SO COOL WOW !!! Until the next one
ManaByte and Nikana don't forget to use the spoiler tag, as not everyone want's to know about Venon !
Yes it’s totally woke and feminist. You’ll love it.Average means a 5/10?
It'll need some pro-BLM messaging and intersectionality too for me to reach that height!Yes it’s totally woke and feminist. You’ll love it.
My bad. Fixed.Soooo that was average, at best.

Is there any resolution to Garfields SPiderman as his was cut short? Or is he just kinda there?Yes, 3/10 if Tobey and Andrew weren't there, but the fan in me is happy to see them again so I increase the score by 2 points (I'm generous)
Also for the BIG comeback of the two Spideys the staging is shit, totally flat, there is no iconization of the characters, it is coated with MCU-style humor and has zero intensity whereas it is the big return for Andrew and Tobey... that's a shame but expected from Jon Watts.
I guess it would’ve needed Spider-Man screaming in agony for the first 5 minutes for it to have been above average for you.Yes, 3/10 if Tobey and Andrew weren't there, but the fan in me is happy to see them again so I increase the score by 2 points (I'm generous)

He talks about losing Gwen and he’s the one who catches and saves MJ when she falls. Is there any resolution to Garfields SPiderman as his was cut short? Or is he just kinda there?
