I'm going to be in London for the next week so I wouldn't even be able to play even if I was in. BUT I STILL WANT TO BE IN

My only issue with a mouse like that is you can become dependent on it.

I hotkey all my keys to letters, with modifiers, and only use a Death Adder.

Seems as though they've already been sending some out to new people, but no idea if there will be more. I'm too unlucky to get any. :(

My excitement for this game has waned with time, but after finishing KOTOR 2 for the first time last weekend I'm feeling a renewed interest. Sadly I haven't gotten into a closed beta since The Burning Crusade, so I'm not holding my breath here.

What's wrong with becoming dependent on it? Isn't that kind of the point? I had a Death Adder, loved that mouse, but the middle button died and got a G9, then one of the side buttons died, then I got the Naga. It's basically a Death Adder with a lil' bit fatter of a body and 12 buttons on the side.

It's really amazing how small, yet functional it is. I don't mind being dependent on it. With my G15 I'm "dependent" on the side macro buttons.

I still want the keyboard, the older pictures of it all lit up look neat and like the themed lighting depending on faction you are using. Will also go well in my office which already is jammed with Star Wars junk lol

I use a Logitech G700 and a G13 with only using a basic keyboard for typing. So many button assignments and macros make anything easy to play. I'll keep the quality of Logitech over crap quality Razer products and a few extra buttons on the Naga.

Reading the Smugg descriptions for the ACs, it seems as if it is more of a rogue type or a healer/support type class.

Are they going to release a "progression" video for the Smugg?

They plan on releasing progression videos for all classes before launch, but are not sure if they can get it done in time. I can't remember the source right now, but I think it has been mentioned on Twitter or possibly during some Interview on Comic Con.

They should have a progression video for all of them eventually. Yea they are rogue/dps and support type of class

Actually they said they would continue AFTER launch. Something about the website schedule having no connection at all to the game's release schedule.

Gotcha. Hoping to see more than a cowboy hat and duster. Not expecting a lot, but praying it's more than that.....

Really? Maybe I misremembered that comment. Well, considering their current habits for Friday updates, it's definitely possible. They seem to be sticking to around one class update per month and there are several progression videos and one general class update left.

If they don't speed things up in the next few weeks, they won't be done by October/November.

No company will release a major game that they spent millions of dollars on and year on development on BLACK FRIDAY.

WoW released right about that time. I remember clearly spending a great deal of that long break running around the Barrens.

Week before would make sense.

Plus they would have to work through thanksgiving to get ready for the launch/headstart.

Especially not when said company already confirmed the game will release on a Tuesday. Also, end of November would not really fit with the RD announcement "around September" and with September stress tests. It's also not very likely they would lie to investors about not having a date set in stone, while secretly printing posters already.

Seems like a good moment to do some last recruiting before I go to Scotland for my vacation thursday. Sadly officers can't accept people into guilds for some reason and I wont be able to check on new applications that often.

Holy shit, I was reading up on the classes. Jedi Consular with the Shadow spec, dual bladed lightsaber.

Fuck, I think I might have to preorder this. It could be a great change of pace from WoW. I wonder if a digital Origin preorder is the way to go, hm.
