I want the plot to realize the full potential to say the least, felt like the end was such a weird cop-out that failed to realize anything leading up to it. Love the game regardless, tons of fun.
I don't understand how the controls for Assassins Creed keep getting weirder and weirder. Leap of Faith is now push forward + right trigger + B? How about this? The game recognizes you are on a perch or bird poop and you get a context sensitive prompt to press A. One button. No, that would be too crazy.
I know that the pre-AC3 controls were a bit convoluted with the whole high profile/low profile thing but at least they made basic sense once you learned them. Now there's an up button and down button? It seems really unecessary.
I like that you can actually hide behind boxes now at least.

I should buy some cards to craft badges while drinking craft beer.
Played up to chapter 3 so far in FF13. Combat system finally opened up and it's pretty fun. Story is.... enough incentive to keep the game moving forward but not all that interesting.
Also, aside from some offensively ugly textures here and there, the game looks extremely impressive for being 6 years old.

Adding to the list of weird fallout 4 flaws: you can kill main faction members but for whatever reason you can't dismember them unlike every other normal enemy in the game.

The thing about Xrd is while the game looks absolutely stunning in a screenshot it is even better looking in motion. The animations are so great.

I have a really weird Steam issue. Every time I boot Steam, two games (Serious Sam: Second Encounter and a episode of Sam & Max Season 1) is at the top of my recently bought list/played list.
The thing is, I've never bought either game, and never played them. They aren't even installed, yet Steam pushes those two to the top every single time. No one else has access to my account, and the account hasn't been compromised at any point.
Has this bug happened to anyone else? Any way to get it to go away?

And I take it that no more "specific date sales" huh like before and instead it'd be like Autumn Sale? Because while giving all final sales at the first day is neat to avoid waiting, "daily sales" put games that are normally not put on the front page.

The thing is some publishers started their sale during the sale and only had their games on sale for like 2 days.
Ubisoft the biggest contender.
Ubi also had crappy discounts throughout the sale.

You can chalk it up to publishers just chasing a trend but I think there's a few other things to bare in mind.
eSports games are typically games-as-a-service where the distribution is usually solely digital, cutting down costs by removing manufacturing and distribution of physical goods, cutting out middle men. You can include customers into the product sooner, spread out your risk and costs (which have risen exponentially), make a profit sooner and create a monetisation stream through selling hats, heroes, cards and other gee gaws.
Versus 50-100 million dollar development budget, 3-5 year development cycle, a 100-150 million dollar marketing campaign and the need to sell 4-5 million copies simply to break even, which most games fail to do. Season passes and dlc which many seem to resent (but sell enough to mitigate some of the costs and risks). The need to create retailer specific DLC so they'll provide your products with in-store marketing (branded bags, stand-ins, featured shelf space, etc) to help sell pre-orders and launch day copies, which people also seem to resent but it's a necessary evil of playing ball with the brick n' mortars.
Not that chasing MOBA money is any easier than making a WoW Killer, the next great mascot platformer, Street Fighter clone or whatever.
It isn't really that hard, huh. Devs make a build of the game in some form, and hire someone to port it. Done. I dont know what the hell you're asking lol. Every dev does a fuckload of builds that are not available to the consumers for obvious reasons.

The game in general has taught me that I'm heartless.
I just don't feel it, everything is for naught. Kinda surprising twists, but not mindblowing enough. The pretty weak, predictable ending just settles it, it won't be even on my top 5 GOTY.
Ugh, this "Liberate province to progress in the main story" thing in Just Cause 3 is so stupid... I mean, it's fun to clean up a settlement every now and then when I come across one but requiring the player to liberate mutiple, whole provinces which apparently consist of about 3-5 locations each that need to be liberated is just... ugh.
Worst thing is, the locations are only uncovered on the map if you drive/fly by them, so you are basically forced to "explore" the rather generic map of the game.
Pretty disappointed by JC3 so far after loving JC2 to death, I also really prefer the look of 2 over 3.
