The real irony here is that because of Gamepass, Goodbye Volcano High will probably sell more units on actual console because who is actually buying Starfield on Xbox? (excluding PC of course)

Goodbye Volcano High is going to be higher rated and sell more on the PS5 than Starfield will sell on the Series consoles.

Not sure about the higher rating, but I honestly could see Goodbye Volcano High selling more on the PS5 than Starfield on the Series consoles.
