E3 2015 | Nintendo Treehouse Live @ E3

The core of the gameplay looks great so far for Star Fox, I just hate that they are pushing this out this year instead of letting it cook a bit more and become the defacto star fox experience that it should be.

But it's obvious Nintendo is pushing all of its major efforts to the NX and mobile gaming now. I wouldn't be surprised to even find out that Nintendo developers had basically been moved on from Star Fox now and it's up to the platinum talent recruited to finish it up.

I don't think you can judge it until it comes out if it's defacto star fox experience or not. As it was said all through yesterday, remember 3D World and the fact this game have several more months of development.

That's what I mean, it was on the same day as the invitational, so more people from there would stay behind for treehouse.

The 88k that I quote was during a Hyrule Warriors demo If I read correctly, so you can't blame SSB at all for that. The whole E3 show was hype hype hype.

Edit: anyhow, I was here, I remember, there were constantly over 50k on the stream. Even the thread here was way more faster. I watched almost every demo. This year? Here I am for Fast Racing Neo. I saw maybe 10% of what they shown.

I played a couple mystery dungeons back on the gba, and they were pretty fun. Seems like it's been upgraded quite a bit since then; I think they only had 1 or 2 attacks back then. I think I might pick this one up since it seems pretty big.

Love the personalities of the pokemon.

That's a shock. :o

Shocking as it is, I'm not a fan of turn-based games outside the main series of Pokémon, and the fact you can spend an hour in a dungeon and the lose, losing all your progress is just horrific.

The dungeon games have got fantastic story (barring the WiiWare ones) and fantastic soundtrack, but the gameplay is what stops me liking it and has me preferring other spin-offs over it.

Sorry if this has been asked already (I'm sure it has), but regarding th Zelda Three Sword thing, do we know how the game works with only two players? Does the game adapt the puzzles? Or is there a third AI?

It's not confirmed, but people linked a nintendo page that said 1 or 3.

Shame on you Poké-master.
You probably like rangers more, right?

Very much so. The fact there hasn't been a Wii U Ranger title is perplexing to me. I do wonder what Creatures Inc. is working on, since they do the Ranger titles and PokéPark titles, and we've had none of them since 2010 and 2011 respectively.

The thread was faster, however, last year they had Smash and a new IP for a genre that Nintendo never did before, so yeah there would be more. Plus the novelty of being something new. Also, most stood for the Smash tournament that first day and steadily went down for the last two days since most of the game repeated.

Japanese.

Like a vita-game.

I didn't watch it either, but I was following along here.

I was surprised by how positive the reactions were. They apparently showed actual gameplay and that impressed a lot of people.

I plan to watch it myself when I get home.

Persona for the Wii U.

Looks like a pretty good game taking notes from many other Megaten spinoffs like Devil Survivor. It has the SMT combat with FE's weapon weakness. If you're a fan of any of the respective SMT spin-offs it should be great.

SMT x FE Treehouse footage

Sorry, shameless self quote

This all sounds good! Thanks, will watch the footage now!

I dislike that they brought hunger back. I liked that it was only in certain dungeons in Gates to Infinity. One of its redeeming factors. It actually removed a pointless issue with the game and stopped you needing to fill your inventory with food items.

Jez that was the worst part. Looks like a chicken robot

Well, maybe it does, but I like that it opens up different options, like exploring areas that weren't normally accessible. They mentioned for one of the bosses that you can destroy part of it, transform, and go inside of it and assumedly destroy it that way. Having multiple options is cool in my book.

NWC had much more viewers than Smash tournament, if it wasn't for the terrible Digital Event we would have seen similar numbers, I'm sure.

Anyhow, time for FAST Racing Neo!

Here's some play from the Treehouse gang earlier.

Thanks. Not sure what to say other than I hope that their's either a way to turn off mega mushrooms or that there will be more power ups in the game. I'm not sure how Mega's are implemented, but right now they look too random. They should be like getting fire in NBA Jam.
